Wendy's — Restaurant in Sydney

Honestly have given this location a dozen chances to provide the bare minimum. Not once have we gone to this location and had our order right. Brought it up previously to staff in a polite manner and they walked away while I was talking. Went tonight as we don't seem to learn and greeted over the drive thru by a less than welcoming voice. We ordered and I thought I had double checked our food as we are very reluctant going here. Once home we discover they didn't put lettuce on any of our food. I understand things run out but mentioning it to the customer would have been nice. I found my chicken and tomato sandwich a little boring without the lettuce. Same with the chicken wraps with only sauce. I could go on about other experiences we have had....

This building is absolutely filthy and falling apart. Shameful to see the state of this dining room, and the most unsatisfactory part of all of this is they have the best portion of the dining room petitioned off for a staff room! So you're forced to sit in front of a window on bar stools, sit on the tables scattered throughout the center or if you're lucky get one of the three booths that aren't reserved for "staff area only" to add insult to injury, they tv in the only area left wasn't working but yet the four staff went on break in the area we always used to sit at, flicked on the TV and watched NCIS during their dining. Shameful of the owners. Supply a breakroom for your employees that's NOT in the public dining space and limiting...

Food is good, wait times aren’t the greatest at all. A couple of employees are very smiley and friendly, like the young trainee today who served us. The manager was snooty towards my mom and acting sour towards the trainee because the order wasn’t entered correctly. The manager repeated the order from the receipt multiple times acting like it was my mom’s fault, but that’s literally not how my mom said it?😭 it’s not the trainee’s fault either, she was obviously confused when taking our order because half was takeout and half was dine in, 5 meals. She looked like she was on the verge of tears when the manager was going over everything with my mom because the manager was being rude to her, I...
