The waitresses only ever brought us our dishes and did not come back to check on us once, which would normally be fine, except 3 out of the 4 dishes we ordered were messed up. After waiting for 15 minutes for a simple miso and udon soup we had to sent them back since they were completely cold not even warm. Once we got our main dishes the teriyaki didn’t taste good and even though we ordered from the vegetarian menu the the sushi roll we got was completely covered with fish eggs. They said I could pick it up on the following Tuesday when they were open again. On Tuesday when I spoke to them telling them about how sick we got and I'd rather pass on the extra roll, the girl automatically just said we don't give refunds here.
