Sushi Shop — Restaurant in Terrebonne

I ordered for 140$ on Saturday as we had a guest at home so we took for takeout. It took 1h15 minutes to prepare ( i can understand as it was Saturday and probably busy). When we picked up, I think it was near closing time and they never took the time to validate the order with us. We ended up home with 2 spicy mayo only when we ordered 4 and if not mistaken a sushi we took indicated coming with one as well. We had no soya sauce at all. Usually, when we order at other sushi shops there's atleast 1 soya sauce per type of sushi we order. Also, the sushis did not seem fresh: avocado was brownish, the sushis with fish tasted really strong, the rice was dry.

We always order at sushi shops as we find they have variety and are usually fresh. But it was our first time ordering here and we were very disappointed with the food...

I can't believe what I witnessed, one of the guys making sushi Kept coughing, not wearing a mask, but not even turning away from the food, the he spits right in front of me into the garbage that was under the counter where food was being made. Disgusting. My food went into the garbage, I couldn't get myself to eating it. I lost my money and appetite.....honestly they should have a food inspector go there. Used to go there often but this was definitely the last time...if they do this infront of customers what happens when you order...

Beautiful decor....but the service was awful. I walked in to order my food, and left an hour and a half later, with no food. I literally sat there waiting for my order to be completed, when i asked how long it would take, they told me that they will start to make my order in 10 minutes. I asked to get refunded due to the long wait. Many telephone orders were being picked up, but there order too were not ready!!! clearly if it's busy please get some more ...
