Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Terrebonne

I’ll offer this restaurant 3 stars review. Let me explain: I went there to get a pair of coffees and some of there potato wedges.. the gentlemen kindly told us wedges weren’t available tonight and offered a breakfast potato instead.

So far so good, we accepted the offer!

Both coffees came out as expected. However, let’s talk about this breakfast potato. Well, what left of it was the crispiest potato I ever crossed path with. I think they left the poor veggy in the oil for days (if not weeks) before selling it. It was awful, ill probably have a few teeth replaced du to the crispiness of it.

5 stars on coffees. Less than 0 on the breakfast garbage. Lets average it at 3*.

Go there for the liquids. Avoid (at all cost) solids they sell. You’ll do...

It happened several times that I went to get a coffee but the doors and drive-thru were closed early ( 10- 15 minutes befor closing time) there were many employees seeming to have fun while waiting to close up for the night. The other times I went, the service wasnt exceptionnel. The young employees were eather too distracted by eachothers stories. I'm not saying that its wrong to talk with your colleagues while working but at least pay attention to the customer and orders. I dont know whats happening but its really ridiculous. Out of all the Tim Hortons in my area...this one is the worse in service. Food...

Tim Hortons est un incontournable du fast-food canadien, reconnu pour son café et ses beignes. Toutefois, l’expérience varie grandement selon l’emplacement et l’heure de la visite.

En matière de propreté, c’est un peu un pile ou face. Certaines tables sont bien nettoyées, alors que d’autres restent collantes, jonchées de miettes ou de tasses abandonnées. Les planchers peuvent être propres dans la matinée, mais deviennent plus douteux en soirée. Les toilettes, quant à elles, sont une autre histoire : elles oscillent entre acceptables et franchement négligées.

Côté clientèle, on retrouve un mélange de travailleurs pressés, de retraités qui discutent pendant des heures et de clients plus ou moins patients. Il y a souvent du monde qui chiale pour un café mal fait ou une commande oubliée, surtout aux heures de pointe.

Le service, lui, reste généralement aimable et efficace, malgré un stress évident durant les périodes de forte affluence. Très tôt le matin et tard la nuit, le personnel peut être plus lent ou fatigué, ce qui se comprend.

Quant à la nourriture, c’est bon, mais avec des surprises. Les wraps sont bien garnis, mais il arrive qu’un os se cache dans la viande, ce qui gâche l’expérience. Les soupes, elles, peuvent contenir des ingrédients indésirables, un poil de trop ou un légume douteux. Cela reste un bon choix pour une bouchée rapide, mais il ne faut pas s’attendre à une qualité irréprochable.

Franchement c’est la meilleure eau que j’ai jamais goûté à Mascouche,...
