Sushi Shop — Restaurant in Terrebonne

Several times we ordered from this shop and once there was 10 pieces missing. This time there were 13 missing! When I called, they told me I had to return with the 137 sushi’s (we ordered 150) so they could count it?! So I had to drive all the way back, as I was taking the sushi out of my car, the tray dropped and thankfully only one fell on the ground! When I went in, they started counting it and counting it - even took a calculator and all?! I told them I wouldn’t be here if I wasn’t telling the truth - do you think I gave to time for this back and forth? I asked them to replace the one that fell, she told me that she would give me three pieces for that one, and for my inconvenience, she would add 5 more pieces (total of 8 extra pieces). I ended up getting the 13 missing pieces I paid for plus 3 - not 8 extra. It’s really too bad because the sushi is exceptional - but the service not so good...

Not worth the money, ramen miso soup was blan and we saw the person in the back cook the noodles in the MICROWAVE that's a huge mistake. Meat was of poor quality and my rice was cold. 30$ for two peoples 20 minutes to get served. I've tasted alot of ramens and phò soups around the city and I'll definitely not recommend people to come here for soups. Left our meals half eaten and walked out...

La qualité du service et des plats servis à vraiment diminuée depuis quelques temps. J'ai constaté que ce n'est pas toujours le même personnel qui est là et que les plats ne goutent plus autant bons.

J'ai commandé des sushis et un poké thon et saumon avec extra poulet croustillant dans un poké. Ils ont trouvé le moyen de mettre tout sauf que j'ai demandé dans le poké. Ils n'y avaient pas de thon, pas de saumon, pas de poulet croustillant mais des lanières de poulet. Je m'en suis rendu seulement compte rendu à la maison après avoir fait toute la route. Au final j'ai payé pour un poké qui avaient pas les ingrédients demandé.

En plus, les sushis que j'avais commandé on trouvaient qu'ils ne goutaient pas pareil et on s'est rendu compte que les ingrédients à l'intérieur des sushis étaient pas les mêmes que d'habitude et ni ceux affichés sur leur site internet.

Franchement, j'ai vraiment été déçu et je sais pas si j'y retournerais. (Peut-être c'est dû qu'au roulement de personnel mais je ne recommande pas d'y aller ou de prendre un bon 5minutes sur place pour inspecter l'intérieur de votre nourriture pour vérifier qu'ils ne ce sont pas tromper dans la...
