If I could I wouldn’t even give it 1 star, don’t waste your money here. I’m a regular customer stupid me keeps going back but it’s the only tims around my work I go in evrey day and my order is correct probably 5 times in the past 6 months. I always wait 10 minutes with one person ahead of me and staff memebers just standing at the drive through just staring at the line up instead of assisting the front counter. Today i orders a bagel and I watched the lunch bar staff make it have way through making the bagel she decided she would go cash out drive through she didn’t take her gloves off and touched the money and did what she needed to do than went right back to making my bagel without changing her gloves that is absolutely appalling money is the dirtiest thing there is and I would not like all those germs in my food! Evrey time I go through the drive through my food in basically thrown out the window there are times I’ve almost had tea dumped on me beacsue there times are so important to them they can’t even look out the window and hand there customers there order. I know Tim hortons will replace dark roast orders with original in order to process orders faster however if I'm not getting what I ordered regardless of wait, that's not good service. That's shady service and shady business. 90% of people aren't rushing through the drive through, and will wait for a fresh pot.

-as I said, my wife whom hates the taste of dark roast, drank my coffee and said it tastes like original (which to me tastes like bad water)
And it's so obvious when you people do it to customers it's sickening.
Can you smell the difference between dark roast bean and the original coffee blend? I sure can. And the taste is absolutely 100% different...
Read moreAvoid this location! First order incorrect, second order also incorrect after driving 10 minutes to return to the restaurant with the first order. Will not drive back again. Already provided an opportunity to correct this issue once at my expense. This occurred between 9am and 10am 11/28/2018. This location is the only Tim Horton's in the area and hence the only reason customers return (myself included.) This experience only compounds previous experiences I've had where the staff was rude (I was yelled at to go to the other end of the counter to pick up my order) and other experiences where the food was stale. I will not be returning in the future and will do my best to warn others of this location and the type of service they provide.
