For a business with an outstanding amount of negative reviews in the last month it’s apparent that the owner has no desire in running a sustainable successful business, I went to your Tim’s today sun June 22 2025, and had the guy tell us that he had to check on bagels, then just didn’t come back to tell us anything till we loudly called in, and he said “yea pull ahead” as if us asking him for a conformation on what he said he was checking was an inconvenience to him, then once we pulled up to the till he seemed put off by having to do his job, then after we had to ask for all our items at the window they sent us to go park and then proceeded to forget about us outside for 5 minutes until my step father called to ask what the hold up, and then buddy brought out the bagels, without the bag we paid for, and the bagels were barely toasted, in other words cold, and then for all the time it took to toast and smear stuff on a bagel they couldn’t be bothered to cut the bagel, the interior is nearly empty and we were one of the few cars in line so there wasn’t the excuse of it being busy, and there was at least 6 people behind the counter, if you have that many workers why can’t they produce food up to company standards in a timely manner? I wonder how Tim Hortons corporate would feel about you mis representing...
Read moreI came to this Tim Hortons recently, to the drive thru. I placed my order which was fine, however when I got to the window “Frah”, as his name tag said, was so rude. He rushed me to tap my card and when I tried to ask about points he told me it was too late but I was trying to pull it up on my phone when he was shoving the debit machine in my face. It wasn’t that big of a deal about my points but like still, come on. After my payment, he basically chucked my order into my car. I could barely put my drink into the cup holder before he was waving the bagel in my face and yelling “NEXT”. I literally could not believe it. I understand there is a timer and drive thru speed is important to the employees, I’ve worked in fast food before. But that was way over the top and just outright rude. I hope the owners see this and take it to heart and look into this “Frah” and his behaviour towards the customers. I saw the owners reply to most of the other negative reviews asking to fill out some form, I won’t be doing that. You can take what I have to say from here. You either care about the service your customers are getting or you don’t. It’s not my job to fill out a bunch of forms and figure out the problems within your team, that’s your job. I hope something can be done about this...
Read moreCame through the drive-thru for lunch today. Originally, I wanted a ham and cheese customized on a croissant. They told me they don't offer ham and cheese. So I said ok I will take the turkey bacon club on a croissant. Then they said they can't customize the bread as it's a new sandwich. I was confused as that's not a new sandwich but said ok, just a turkey bacon club. They handed me a piping hot sandwich to which I asked her why it was hot. I didn't want a hot sandwich. She said sorry that's how the new sandwich comes. I was still confused as this isn't a new sandwich to them. I should have asked more questions when ordering, apparently. No where in this conversation did I ask for a TOASTED turkey bacon club. Going onto the app, when I got back to work, I do, in fact l, see they offer the original turkey bacon club, and you CAN customize it. They also DO show the ham and cheddar on the menu. Please have your staff ask for more clarifying questions when you offer a sandwich hot and cold, If you don't offer these items anymore, then perhaps you need to update the menu on your app. Overall the staff here are friendly. So points for that. I'm just highly disappointed I didn't get what I thought I ordered. Photos attached are the menu for that same location...
