I had no option to give a zero rating; otherwise, I would have done so! This was the worst A&W experience ever! I can't find words to express how disgusting my visit was. I ordered a Veg Spicy Peri Peri Potato Buddy Burger, but I received a "BEEF" burger instead! I took one bite, trusting the company, but then realized it wasn't potato; it was a beef burger! As a pure vegetarian by religion, I don't eat meat. I understand that mistakes happen, but when handling a "vegetarian order," extra care should be taken. Literally the worst service ever. I usually go there to get just a buddy burger and the girls are always too busy talking about things they shouldn't be talking about. I have to wait for them to finish to have them take my order. It takes them on average 12 minutes to make me my buddy burger l. I have waited 25 minutes for just a buddy burger and fries when there was no one else there. I always have to ask for Chipotle for my sweet potato fries and they act snobby when I ask for something that's supposed to come with my meal.
