Freshly Squeezed — Restaurant in Thunder Bay

A friend and I were there yesterday and the girl working was so rude! I have never seen such terrible customer service! She was yelling and getting frustrated with this elderly gentleman because he was having trouble with the debit machine, and then when asked by a couple of gentlemen in line in front of us if the products were made fresh she answered, yes, but was so rude about it! Perhaps management should look into some better customer service training for its employees, because what I saw yesterday was so far off the mark. Despicable! We chose to give our money to a company who employs people who know how to talk to customers instead of yelling and being rude.

I'd have given a 0 star review if it would have let me.

Just a tip - it's not always what you say, it's how you say it. Tone of voice is just as important. And also, responding to reviews by calling people liars and telling them never to come back is not how you...

As an aboriginal woman 37 Years old I felt I was treated poorly. The black woman who worked there around December 12, 2023 was VERY RUDE. I asked for bubble tea and she said "No bubble tea only smoothie" so I said "okay ill get a smoothie then" then later all of a sudden she has bubble tea. My sister tried to correct everything I was trying to say and she cash lady started to yell at her and say "DONT SPEAK TO ME THAT WAY....BLAH BLAH BLAH" I just told my sister, "let's just go, we don't need to hear that" then she goes on to say "Have a great day" she gave me weird vibes and wasn't helpful! (She had braids in her hair and looked to be in her 20s) I wasn't rude to her at all, I was only asking questions in what is good but she didn't want to help. I went to the stall in Thunder Bay Intercity Mall. I’ve been going there for sometime now and I always get the mango aloe smoothie. Fast forward last week the smoothie they gave me was tasteless. Too much of the powdered whatever so today I asked if the lady will reduce the number of scoops of whatever that powered substance is so I can taste more of the mango. She was extremely rude to me, telling me she has to follow the company rules and she WILL NOT reduce the number of scoops and if I have any problem with it I should contact head office to complain about it. I had already paid for a large smoothie so I collected the smoothie, went home and poured it down the drain. I’m never going there again! Very rude young girl who will not accommodate a very simple request...
