Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Thunder Bay

Always disappointing service. Coffee and flavoured drinks are never mixed so sugar or flavouring is sitting at the bottom. I never get properly tasting flavoured lattes here, they seem incapable of making them properly. They use multiple tills with one person who’s doing tills and coffee, so they take a pile of orders, than the lady goes and does coffee after coffee. Meanwhile person who ordered five mins ago is still waiting on their drink because they were at the front of the line of customers who they took orders of. Their service is slow at the best of times and they could use an additional staff so that when coffee was ordered, it was filled and handed to the person immediately. You know, how fast food is supposed to be. Just seems like the owner of this location is cutting corners to maximize HIS profits. You’re better off hitting the a&w for breakfast. Their customer service never disappoints and their food tastes good and is fresh. My latte today doesn’t taste like pimpkin spice and they didn’t even put the whipped cream like my order stated. Specifically chose Tim Hortons as they are known to serve chicken noodle soup. I haven't felt well and wanted a Tim Hortons chicken noodle soup. Ordered and paid for the soup, turkey bacon sandwich and dark roast coffee with an expresso shot for lunch. The server checked to make sure there was chicken noodle soup before I finished my transaction. Waited about 5 mins for my order only to be informed that there was no more chicken noodle soup and was offered chili. Not in the mood to argue I settled for the chili as I was famished. . There was no butter in the bag for my complimentary soup bun and no salt and pepper. My turkey bacon sandwich had so much mayo in it I had to wipe off excess with the one napkin that was in the bag. Coffee had curled cream and went to waste as well. Took a few bites of the chili and threw it out along with the sandwich and soup. Ordered another lunch from other place and was not disappointed. Really bad experience at this time Hortons. Today around 4:00pm I ordered a mobile order and went to the waiting area and let them know about the mobile order . The lady with the pony tail and glasses was really rude . I just asked her about my order and she replied so rudely and rolled her eyes . And later I told the boy on the shift that she was really rude and this is not the customer service . He told me that “ you was standing on her head “ and we are having a line up . So that is why she treated u like that . Well, I know the store was busy but the customer service should be the top most Priority. I would have mentioned the name but they does not wear their name tags and the boy told me it takes them 5 min to prepare the mobile Order . But the Tim Hortons app says us that in how many min their should start preparing their order. Well, that’s fine if it takes time ,but at least let the customer know that it gonna take time nicely.
