Taco Bell — Restaurant in Thunder Bay

This has been the third times since I have been waiting for my order for over 40mins (I’m not exaggerating). The stuffs is lacking of training and there is not designated staff to responsible for delivery order. All the employees are prioritise drive through and it is very common to see at least 7-8 couriers/ walk-ins waiting for the orders. We were not being acknowledged by our existence and as in we were not existed at all. The manager, long hair tall guy, he seems lack of training too, he didn’t inform the new customers walk in on the wait time, out of my three times picking up my order here, I have seen at least 3-4 customers walked out of the restaurant. This can simply be resolved by manager or reps informing on the wait times but no action was taken. I have included the image as you can see, no one attending the client in front of the counter and no one even attending to 8 customers/ walk-ins. (PS: This image as taken after the customer walked up to the counts and waited at least 10mins before they were attended by the reps, the initial image I took and attempted to post on their feedback form but was unable to complete the review). I cannot tell you how frustrating it is to live in Canada an English first speaking country and to not be able to get a meal ordered correctly! Not some specialty order just a BEEF! Taco! Just how it is on the menu And EVERY-TIME we order from here there is an issue! Maybe if the person taking the order could understand english or speak English there wouldn’t be such a DISCONNECT with the orders!! BEEF BURRITO! And you get a bean! No bother to ask if they heard right no they just hear with accent and punch up whatever they want ! I am not ignorant or racist or whatever else you may think I’m just upset with the service ! Or lack there off and how you can’t get a simple BEEEEEEFFFF taco right instead get BEAN???? Just put someone who can understand and speak English on the intercom! SIMPLE! I was so excited when this location opened!! I frequently went to the location in Halifax NS so I assumed that it would be similar.

BOY WAS I WRONG!!!

The first time I went, I was specific about no jalapeño sauce on my quesadilla……but to my surprise there it was on my quesadilla. I went back and I got a snide remark from the counter person I interacted with and they begrudgingly gave me a new one.

Okay second time is a charm…… NOPE! This time it tasted like the fries had been there for an hour…..tasted like styrofoam!!! Again they begrudgingly gave me fresh fries!!

Last week I went again to get a quesadilla (no jalapeño sauce), either they just don’t listen or the employee making the food doesn’t care…….jalapeño sauce to my surprise.

Okay yesterday was last chance……. Again the jalapeño sauce and the fries are styrofoam…….. the manager is rude, the employees don’t care and I will NEVER go there again
