I was at McDonald’s with my friend the other day and this rude employee had bumped into my friend twice as she was throwing out our garbage. My friend then asked me if I had saw what happened because she had no manners and did not say excuse me or sorry. The employee then proceeded to almost bump into me but I had moved out of the way so she could get through the door. She stood at the door and waited for my friend to come around the corner to give us a dirty look and walk off to hand the orders to people waiting in their vehicles. As we were leaving she then watched us walk away while giving us the same look as when we had left the store. Was the worst experience I had ever had at McDonald’s. I get having a bad day as I have worked in fast food before but there is no reason to take it out on the costumer’s a simple sorry or excuse me would have been fine but the dirty looks and treating us like that was very unprofessional. I wish I had gotten her name so I could do something else about this situation as I am not very happy with how this employee handled it. Read moreI don’t normally make complaints publicly as I work customer service myself but tonights display was atrocious. I ordered on the app my order was to be ready for 6:08. At 6:30 people started asking how long our orders were going to take as they had been waiting since 6:00. The young girl who someone had asked was very rude and just walked away saying they’re working on them. At 6:50 we asked again and they said that they were doing our two orders right now. They brought one of the orders and then walked away. At 7:00 I asked to speak with a manager because at this point they were serving people who were just coming in and there were still 4-5 of us still waiting on orders placed at 6. I finally got my order after having to ask for a manger and she went and made it. The kitchen is a chaotic nightmare with a few working but more standing around. You really need to train the staff and definitely have your front of staff go to a course on customer service. I then proceeded to the window around 10:15am where they parked me for fresh hashbrowns at breakfast time. I watched multiple cars get served off in the 15 minutes I waited for my hashbrowns. I finally get my order and am already displeased I open it and my order was completely wrong. I went back to have it fixed even though the ticket on my sandwich said it was right. The young girl who was a manager serving the front counter was down right nasty and never apologized for the wrong order. I had to ask for fresh hashbrowns again as well because they weren’t just going to fix the whole order after I had to wait another 20 minutes for them to get it right.
