Tried calling for like 40 min logged 34 calls. Somehow they where always busy. Decided to go in to order thinking maybe they were super busy. Me and my partner checked out the menu online to decide what to order when I got there the restaurant was mostly empty not sure why there didn’t pick up the phone. Anyway we tried to order the pickerel, the shrimp tacos ,dill pickles And tornado potatoes; I was then informed that the pickerel and tornado potatoes where from and old menu. I told the gentlemen that this point that their menu online needed to be updated and he simply said I don’t have access to that. Fast forward to picking up the order came back to get my order and was told that the butter chicken my partner chose instead of the pickerel would be a little bit longer which was fine as he told me they had to make part of it fresh...fast-forward again to getting home I live on pine south so not that far away at all open the boxes to be greeted with I guess some kinda cobbled together taco consisting of some “cold soggy battered fish, super thick cut red reddish and some what I can guess was a pickled red onion with some kinda sauce. It quite frankly sucked absolutely horrible I tried to eat 2 and actually couldn’t finish it spat it out and threw it in the garbage. The pickles where alright although I have had better deep fried pickles from chip trucks. Not to mention the “butter chicken pasta which was flat bland and my partner didn’t finish it either our room mate tried it and agreed it was horrible. All in all will not be ordering again and it was a total...

It was my 1st time ever at Casey's yesterday night and I have to say that I was very pleasantly surpised! The restaurant was packed but we were seated almost right away and our server Tara was amazing the entire time. The interior was that of what you'd expect of a chain style grill. Aged but tidy with lots of wood in a rustic style.

Before coming to Casey's I really did think it was going to be the regular ol' roadhouse type food but after reviewing the menu they actually provide a wide array of opitions. Yes theres steaks, ribs, burgers etc, but theres also quite a few unique salads, tacos and pasta bowls too.

We ordered 2 appies, the "Asian Calamari" and the "Meat Lover's Flatbread". While they both had good flavour, we didn't necessarily LOVE them. The flatbread had super thin soggy crust so the toppings all slid off when trying to eat, and it was quite hard to actually taste the squid through the breading when eating the Calamari.

The mains on the other hand were AWESOME! The Thai Chicken Salad was literally the best thing I've eaten at a restaurant in quite awhile, had a great punch of flavour and definitely unique for this type of restaurant. We weren't too sure on the type of sauce for the ribs but Tara helped w/ that and they were great! (Better than thoses I've had at Montanas and Kelseys) All in all a great...

Very disappointed with Casey's. Wife and I went for dinner after a long day of driving and was looking forward to a nice meal. We arrived about an hour before closing and it was obvious that the staff just wanted to go home. I wish we took a picture of our meals to show how bad they were. Our food was just dumped on to the plates, what a mess. They must have had lots of left over zucchini because we got heaping servings of it. Worst part was the zucchini was over cooked (or just sitting for a while), not even edible. Food was subpar, made without pride. You could tell they did not care, it was the end of the night. Staff was vacuuming, cleaning/closing the kitchen as we tried to eat. We gave up, paid our bill and left. We were to tired to even bother complaining, it was clear no one would care. What a waste of time and money, don't make our mistake, just...

It was very odd coming across a Casey's, long gone from southern Ontario. The decor and vibe were quite retro, stuck in the early-mid 90's. The service was absolutely fantastic! We had the kindest, most down-to-earth server one could possibly want in a restaurant. We started with some wings, which were tasty. Sadly, our main course, which was a half rack of ribs and an all dark meat 1/2 'rotisserie' chicken, wasn't good at all. The meat was overcooked and dry, and no amount of sauce would overcome this. The fries were good, along with the local beer on tap. A trip to the washroom easily knocked off a star, quite disgusting. For a trip back in time and some so-so food, head on over here.
