London Cafe Restaurant & Tvrn — Restaurant in Timmins

If I could rate this lower I would... I have never in my life been treated so poorly.. We ordered 100$ worth of food from them and after 1hr 20min the food had not arrived .. We called to inquire on the status and the lady was rude and hung up on us. I called to speak to the manager and she first began to yell at me and then put me on hold, then proceeded to hang up on me. I called back a few time and kept asking to speak to the manager and kept receiving the same. After about several hung ups she finally spoke to me although it was not speaking. I actually recorded her and brought it to management, only to receive the same treatment from them. How they are still open with the type of service they give is beyond me. I will never recommend this to anyone..and thats not too mention the quality of the food or...

This was the worst food I've ever had in my life. I ordered chicken fried rice, lots of greasy fried rice with a pile of processed chicken cut in long strips, it tasted awful. Oh and the wonton soup tasted like salted dirty dish water. I also ordered the cashew beef with vegetables disgustingly greasy and the beef was like chewing on rubber. I seriously would recommend that you stay away from this place. Oh and I'm totally shocked that some people gave this place a great review, what the #@!%#. Now... I am not usually one to complain publically about exchanges I've had.. but today takes the cake. We just had one nasty encounter with the London Cafe. Decided we would order in delivery tonight. Upon receiving our order we notice that they have changed their gravy. Called back to simply inquire about when the change occured.

We got told "If you don't like it next time order somewhere else" and then they hung up on us.

So rude!!! Who talks to paying customers like that??? 😱 Might take them up on their advice next time. Guess they don't care about supporting...
