Normally I have no complaints or problems with Toppers Pizza,however yesturday was a different story. Placed order at 11:23pm, had to call at midnight to see if my order was even accepted or on its way, was told driver is on his way back from deliveries, finally get a call at 12:30am, 1hour and 10mins later, driver hands me a warm practically cold pizza, asked driver if it was busy, says no, so Im wondering why it took 1hr and 10mins to deliver a pizza from a 5min away location? Pizza was obviously cold, crust was chewy and hard, too many onions which was gross, and whatever toppings was on the pizza, was in the middle of it. Rest was all hard gross crust. Don't think I'll be ordering from here again, what a dissapointment. I understand I placed an order late, however each pizza should be made with quality each and every time, and delivered within a reasonable timeframe, not 1 hr and 10mins later for a cold chewy pizza that the customer must reheat. It should be delivered "hot n fresh"as it normally should. Emailed manager,still waiting for a reply. No response from owner, supervisor,dayshift manager told me they'd be in touch, still waiting... for reply, No resolution, now not only waited for a pizza, now waiting for a response from management, what a joke, order from somewhere else, or keep your money folks, not worth my money for gross cold pizza. So many complaints with this place lately, I mean read all the reviews, its not just me dissapointed, You'd think management would address this ongoing issue. Read moreI placed a large order with the Timmins Toppers Pizza several weeks in advance for my child's birthday party. When I placed my order I provided my credit card information and requested the payment be taken the same day which the confirmed was not a problem.
Several hours after the pizza's had been delivered and the party was over I recieved a text message from an unrecognized number asking for my credit card details and saying my payment hadn't gone though. I also received several phone calls and a voicemail from various numbers not associated with toppers pizza regarding the payment.
So the day after the party I called toppers pizza directly and confirmed the payment hadn't gone through and gave them my credit card information again so they could take the payment. I checked my bank account after they took the payment and discovered they had taken an extra 15$ on top of the bill. I called back and spoke with the store manager Gerry who refunded the 15$, offered a hasty apology, blamed everything on the students and then hung up on me when asked if he was planning on offering any compensation for the inconvenience. Definitely won't be ordering from the Timmins Toppers again...

My last order I made a mistake on the app and selected pick up instead of delivery, I quickly called the store to correct it, no problem, was told I’d have to be refunded and pay the new total at the door. Which is totally understandable, was nice enough to still apply the 50% coupon from the app. HOWEVER. I was told that the refund HAD been issued and would take 5 days, also was stated on my receipt. So 7 or 8 days later I called to inquire and was told the refund was never issued and I’d have to wait ANOTHER 5 days. That is very very inconvenient to have almost $25 tied up for 2 weeks.
