Update 8/7/24: I placed an online order for a medium special pickup. And selected pay in store with debit. I walked to the store and spoke to the owner. I said I would like to apply my $1 and change credit for this order. He said I can't do that and that I have to call customer service. So I mentioned that I would call right then, he said I can't because I did an online order and showed me the receipt of the order. He mentioned how I'm a regular which you think they would care more about, and told me that next time he will apply the credit. So I then had to pay the full amount, still not using the credit that I have. I left the store, came home and split the pizza with my wife, our son and myself. We had 2 pieces each. Then I noticed that only one piece was left. That's 7 pieces. I searched online how many slices a medium should have and I found it to say 8 pieces. I then called in to complain about my order, being short 1 piece. The lady applied a credit for half the cost of the order which was $7. I already had a credit of $1.45 due to a past order where they delivered an apple fritter to me and it had no cinnamon on top of it. It was completely dry and plain, tasted terrible. So I asked the customer service representative if I can just instead of having these two credits, get like a replacement pizza but not a medium because we did eat all the slices until 1 was left. So I asked if I could use all my credits of a total of $8.45 toward a small pizza delivered. Because I didn't want to walk back again when I just came from there. She said she would call the store and ask. The store owner declined. So she proceeded with the credits issued to me. I then asked if I could call the store. I did and the owner was extremely rude and unprofessional! He's fake to my face but on the phone he's another person. To my face he acted "nice" on the phone he could care less that I was a regular once a complaint came through. He said he's the owner, he made the pizza and he cut 8 slices. He said he's going to call and have me banned from that location. Thank God that we are moving away to Los Angeles anyways, because I would NEVER go there ever again after being treated like that. This guy hates his job, you can tell. I recommend eating somewhere else.

I had a horrible experience with 241 Pizza. The pizza I received was clearly made with bare hands — no gloves, no hairnet, no hygiene or food safety standards at all. I’ve attached a picture with this review so you can see for yourself. To make things worse, the pizza was not even properly baked — it was unevenly cooked, doughy in places, and honestly just unappetizing. I can’t believe this passed quality control. Food safety is not optional — it’s a basic expectation. I won’t be ordering from 241 Pizza again and would advise others to be cautious. This was honestly gross.

I ordered wedges and a large pizza with onions, red onions, red peppers, and mushrooms, thick crust, and well done. I asked them to charge me for extra cheese as well. It arrived normally done, with normal (bordering on thin) crust, and barely any cheese. Also did not seem to be a full pound of wedges, maybe just over half that. Overpriced and low quality.

May 3, 2024...well it was a good run. Tonight's pizza, half vegan/half 3 cheese, was a bit of a mystery... couldn't really distinguish between the 2. Was there even any 3 cheese? Who knows. And the pepper flakes where playing shy on whatever half they were (theoretically) inhabiting. Still better than frozen but definitely disappointing. March 2024 Really appreciate the veggie and vegan options with a crust that's pretty good. Beats frozen vegan pizza by a mile! Only issue, this last time, was that the cinnamon sugar dough twists definitely had a garlicky undertone...which was kind of off-putting. I like garlic. I like cinnamon. Together? Not so much. But definitely a solid option for vegans wanting a tasty no fuss,...

This is close to me and I was becoming a regular but I’m not returning after my last two orders were mishandled. First I ordered something in person, fairly plain with just tomato sauce and a few toppings. The worker must have tried to sell me on adding cheese and meat 5 times, even though I kept saying I know what I like. Second time was an online order, I realized when I got home there was sausage on my pizza. Easy enough to pick off but it made me think that if someone had an allergy and didn’t notice a topping they didn’t order, it could go badly. Not enough care to what I want is being given so I’m...
