241 Pizza — Restaurant in Toronto

This is the first review i have ever done because this is the FIRST time I’ve ever been this FRUSTRATED when ordering food, I would rate this restaurant 0 stars if I could. So I ordered a deep dish pizza at 11pm through Uber eats since I wanted a quick midnight snack and it was very convenient because this restaurant was 5-8mins drive away (even their restaurant page says prep & delivery time is 15-30min based on my location). So I ordered thinking that I would receive it in less than 30 minute and oh boy was I wrong. the second I ordered it, the estimated time became 11:45pm-12am, a whole 40-60min? Surely, it shouldn’t take that long considering it’s only a 5 minutes drive and there’s no traffic since it’s already 11 PM? I thought that maybe the deep dish pizza takes a long time to prep? So I patiently waited an entire hour for it and finally, I get a notice saying that’s it’s headed to my house, which implies that it took them an entire hour just to cook the pizza and It hasn’t even been delivered yet. I also got a notification notice stating that this restaurant’s employee will DELIVER you the food to your door and NOT Uber drivers. Which is a massive problem because you have no way to track their location and a way to communicate with them. So I wait, and wait…. 2 whole later, I still have not received it and I have no way of knowing the status of my order because I can’t communicate with the delivery driver itself, AND I COULD NOT CONTACT the restaurant either since they don’t answer the phone!!! I had to wait for a long time to contact the Uber eats support just to try to get a refund for my order and they refused it because “the order is still active” even though it’s been 2 hours, so I checked their schedule on google and I found out that they’re supposedly “close” at 12am? Even though they’re still open and accepting orders at the UBER eats app? So what is going on? I finally got a refund from the Uber eats support team after talking to the Uber eats rep for awhile. It’s already 2AM, hungry, I order another food from a different restaurant, It went smoothly. As I come and pickup the food at the door, Lo and behold! My pizza is on the GROUND (which wasn’t there 30 min ago). The pizza was inside a small cardboard box which wasn’t covered or wrapped in plastic at all, meaning that bugs could literally go in. As I open the box, ants and pill bugs were literally crawling around the pizza! Why dint I receive a notification, a call or even a simple knock on my door notifying that the pizza has arrived at all, although extremely late? I understand working night shift is hard and y’all get paid minimum wage, but please do your job properly! 14 years living in Canada and this is by far the worst restaurant service I have ever experienced, this ruined my...

I recently decided to try a new pizza place that I hadn't experienced before. After seeing its 3.6-star rating on UberEATS, I thought it would be worth a try. Unfortunately, my overall experience was quite disappointing.

To begin with, I placed my order through Uber and it arrived a disappointing 20 minutes later than the maximum estimated time. This delay was rather inconvenient, especially when I was eagerly looking forward to enjoying my meal.

Upon opening the pizza box, I was taken aback by the excessive amount of oil present on the pizza. I have never seen a pizza with such an overwhelming oiliness before. Additionally, the toppings and cheese were noticeably sparse, leaving me underwhelmed by the overall flavor and enjoyment. It was definitely the worst pizza I have had to date.

What made matters worse was the texture of the pizza. I'm not sure how it was prepared, but even with a Coke to wash it down, it was difficult to chew and swallow. The crust was incredibly hard and rubbery, making the entire eating experience quite unpleasant. I had ordered two meat lovers pizzas, and unfortunately, both suffered from the same issues.

Considering the combination of late delivery, excessive oil, lack of toppings and cheese, and the unpleasant texture of the pizza, I can confidently say that I will not be ordering from this place again. I had hoped for a positive experience but was left disappointed. Hopefully, they can improve their quality and consistency...

We asked for half jalapeno peppers they stacked the entire pizza with jalapeno peppers until the dough was too spicy. We asked for halal ground beef on our large pizza. They put a big meat ball of ground beef in the center of the pizza and don't bother spreading it out and that was all the ground bee we had. The large pizza was sliced unevenly and the size of a medium pizza because of how small it was. On our second large pizza we asked you not to put on bacon and pineapple and you went and dumped that all over the pizza and all the ingredients we wanted on the pizza were not on the pizza except for the extra feta cheese we asked for. But even then you had to screw up on that by barely putting much feta on the pizza and put a few dabs of feta in a few places on the pizza. When we asked for EXTRA.
