Worst Service and Unacceptable Behavior from Employee Aman – Tim Hortons Yorkgate Mall

This Tim Hortons location has the worst service ever. I waited in line for 30 minutes, and your employee Aman was on his cell phone talking to another customer instead of helping the people waiting in line. That’s completely unprofessional and disrespectful to customers.

When it was finally my turn, I ordered a French Vanilla and a Spicy Doughnut, but Aman gave me the wrong order — a Boston Cream Doughnut — and didn’t fix it. While I was waiting and minding my own business, talking to my family on FaceTime, Aman suddenly came up to me and wrongly accused me of taking a picture of him, which was completely false.

Then, instead of apologizing, Aman threatened me for no reason, making me feel unsafe and harassed. Because I felt threatened, I took a picture of him for my own safety and protection. I have every right to do that — this is Canada, and Tim Hortons is a public fast food restaurant, not a private home.

If Aman wants “privacy,” then he needs to create privacy for himself or stay home, because people in public places are free to use their phones, record, or FaceTime their family. His behavior was aggressive, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable.

This experience made me feel disrespected and unsafe, and I am demanding that management take serious action against Aman. No customer should ever be...

Wish I could give it a negative star… first I ordered medium double double and plain bagel with cream cheese. They take forever to give me the coffee then they come back to me saying they don’t have any plain bagels left… like why did you take the order in first place.. I told them at this point just give me any bagel with cream cheese which this new employee I guess gets super confused like I asked him to give me half of his days salary.. man comes back with the worst sesame seed bagel and gives me the entire bagel without cutting in half.. in conclusion his fire your entire staff and start from scratch… cause ain’t nobody at this spot knows anything about customer service. I would give it a 5 which a couple of the employee la are great but there's been an employee who's attitude is unprofessional and she thinks it's okay to carry herself intaht manner. She's been reported before and seem to have carry in grudge against me. I had asked about the time of closing which said 6:30 p.m. When I told her the business hours say 6:30 she snapped at me saying then you go remove it off the wall. I definitely do not want to be served by her people like her will poison your food and drinks. Who knows is she's even legally here. Someone like her will not go too...
