A couple years ago I would've given a 5 star review. I was recommending specifically this location (the Lawrence location is way greasier, still is) to all my friends, family, and even coworkers because their food was good and their prices were so much lower than any of the big names. Even throughout the pandemic and the price hikes, I was still frequenting 4C minimum three times a month because of their 10pc dark meat daily special and their 50pc wings Sunday special. But I don't think I'll be going as often anymore. These specials have risen at least $5 since precovid prices which is whatever since they're still cheaper than anything else you'd find out there anyways. But I've been screwed on the wait times far too often. I always call ahead and when they say 20 mins, too many times I've waited double, sometimes triple that for freshly fried chicken. One time I called ahead and when I arrived 20 mins later, I still waited another hour for their Sunday special. They at least admitted that they mistakenly gave my order to a walk-in customer. All the other times, they fall back on the excuse that they're "busy" but when it happens to me so many times, I'd call that a pattern. There are so many different ways to address this issue: 1. Get better at estimating wait times 2. Provide free WiFi for your customers 3. Hire more staff if you're seriously that busy Their chicken is good, it's fine. I honestly don't care if some of their wings have a stray feather to pluck because nothing's perfect but my girlfriend hates it and she loses her appetite when she notices. I've stopped ordering their gravy because on two separate occasions, something tasted really off about it. I'm not gonna say I won't come back here because their food is still good and their prices are still competitive but I'm worried if I call an hour ahead, my food won't be fresh anymore

This restaurant is the definition of a “hidden gem”, but I hope it doesn’t remain that way, because I’ll be really sad if it ever closes! Absolutely amazing food, customer service and extremely reasonably priced for the generous amount of food you get—what’s not to love?! Before I get into my meal, let me just say that this is, WITHOUT A DOUBT, the LARGEST fried chicken breast I’ve ever seen!!! It is MASSIVE—if it looks like it’s taking up 3/4 of that big container, it’s because IT IS!!! Everything is made fresh to order! I ordered: a mild fried chicken breast combo, with spicy fries and a fountain drink… and the fountain drink has free refills if you’re dining-in… for just $10.50. Yes, you read that right. And I got a spicy chicken breast for $7 to eat later, because wow it’s worth it… and a couple doughnuts (these are tasty too!). I will 100% be returning, and bringing friends/family here. The interior of the restaurant is dated (in case it matters to others), but I absolutely do not care—I hope they keep it as it is, with the food quality, quantity and pricing for as long as possible. You must eat here! (Also… to that reviewer talking about raw chicken from here… there’s NO way, I see that pic! Bone-in fried chicken is always a bit pink at the bone!)

This is probably the 3rd time I ordered here. 1 onsite and 2 online (Uber) I ordered thru UberEats. 1st order chickens were too small. 2nd order too spicy (we ordered not spicy/mild) 3rd order it was good, chickens were big I can say their recipe is inconsistent and you get different experiences every order. I hope they do not use the same oil that much. You can notice with its color and the taste becomes bitter. I will still buy with less expectations because it is cheaper than others 😅

Amazing people, cathy and Nusrat the best of the best in everything customer service, quality, quantity, humbleness, takes you back into the time in the early 80's and 90 feel, the vibe is pleasant not feels like a business joint, takes its time to prepare the freshest and nicest broast chicken that you would like to treat yourself in with the comfort on your pocket.

Chicken pieces Fab, fries amazijg crispy, light brown and spicy as i personally like but they have lot of options especially if you like it mild, grilled burger, breakfast meals, croissants and much more to go and find it out and treasure this hidden gem in the heart of East york in GTA.

More than the food which was excellent and i couldn't describe in words how good and fresh it was comes with freshness and zeal to it and maintaining the classic vibe to its dining. It is a place to go and visit if you are a Broast chicken lover and must check it out.

I was there, yesterday and would be visiting very oftenly and its perfect for your meal, taste and value for your purchase.

I personally had spicy chicken with Fries in a meal, find your meal and grab it and you will feel the same buzz that i get it now, amazing to have it and looking forward to experience it more.

Thanks Cathy and Nusrat for the lovely...
