I recently renewed my mortgage with Wahida at this location and it was the most disappointing experience I have ever had with TD. I was previously on accelerated mortgage payments and prior to renewal had expressed that I would like to revert back to my original payment structure, renew, and then accelerate again should I choose. Wahida insisted that was not possible, continuously scheduled phone appointments only to change them to dates and times when I was not available at the last minute, blatantly ignored my emails and my requests for renewal terms. I am frankly shocked that TD has allowed someone with a complete lack of knowledge for her position to handle clients. Not only does she have an embarrassingly low level of knowledge of her position but she is rude, unpleasant to deal with and highly unprofessional. Evidently I am not the only person who feels this way as there are several negative reviews with her name mentioned. Perhaps TD should look into her position before they start losing...

I have been a satisfied client of this bank for many years. Service has always been rapid especially when I go off busy times. Drive through ATM available for quick cash withdrawal availability. My first of the month rental income deposit typically have about a line of 4-6 people at this busy time early mornings. Cheque cashing of my atypical kinds of cheques are readily checked and approved for deposit due to my many decades' long TD history and about 20 years at this bank alone although large ones can involve an understandable business week long holdback. Financial advisors and Mortgage originators available on appointment. Customer service staff are all knowledgeable, including Greek speaking. I will recommend this TD bank branch...
