When credit is due you write a review. Drove by this Pizzeria last week and wanted to give it a try I guess the name is the temperature of the oven, before I get on with the review understand that this is not 100% real wood fired oven I know people look for this but it is a pretty good pizza. Started off with the free garlic bread checking in with the Yelp app gets you that. The bread is made from the pizza dough which is napolitana Style soft and doughy so that made me prepare order my pizza well done or a little more cooked as I don't like the soft chewy dough. The garlic bread was pretty good we also got the meatballs I can't compare them to Mama's but they were also pretty good now to the main event Pizza. I got a Grand River well done add mozzarella Di bufala when the pizza is cooked. They use doppio zero flour they use San Marzano tomatoes those are the key quality ingredients to making a great pizza. Ingredients are collection of Ontario meats. Perfect for the carnivore who can’t decide. Spicy calabrese salami ,local  ham, wild boar sausage, pork pepperoni , Niagara prosciutto fior dil latte cheese & tomato sauce I added buffalo mozzarella. It was a very good pizza the only downfall is the ingredients with all slide off service was great. it's a new age restaurant where your elbow will be hitting the person next to you so it's not a good place to go on a first date and it's not a good place to go for an important meeting. It's a restaurant you're supposed to go there enjoy the atmosphere the ambience and to eat good food good pizza.

I have heard particularly good things about this spot and finally decided to check it out. Nice selection of classic Italian menu items, with a North American spin. Lots of pasta, pizzas, salads, and starters to choose from. They also had plenty of vegetarian options (Marked with a V on the menu). I tried the “Garlic Bread with Cheese” as a starter, following up with the “Bloor by the Park and the “Oh Canada” pizzas as a main. I was impressed with all the dishes. Very fresh, light, crispy, and incredibly tasty, the pizzas are baked in a stone-fired oven which gives them a unique flavour and texture. It is difficult to compare this style of pizza to traditional “fast food” pizzas as they are in a category of their own. If you want to try a proper pizza, look no further. Pricing is fair, as it is a place that cares about the quality of food it's putting out. The portion sizes were great. The location has a nice atmosphere. However, I would suggest setting up a reservation before coming. When I went on a Sunday it was filled due to the relatively small interior and its popularity. Employees were friendly and very quick with the orders as well. Overall, great experience. I highly suggest trying this spot out.

It’s 10 days to Christmas and you wanna be at a place that brings you not just the cheer but also laughs and deliciousness along with a night filled with good times — this pizzeria is that place! 850 represents a sense of community through their customer-staff relations, it’s like visiting family for Christmas. The place is warm, cozy and most importantly, the tastes are refreshingly impeccable. The flavour in hot sellers on the menu stands out and leaves an after taste that will have you taking another look at the menu as you give in to the temptation. The only area of improvement I discovered during my experience has to do with the prominent Pappardelle funghi – my issue being the sheets of pasta stuck to each other which not only overwhelms the taste pallet but also simply is a bad look when selling Pappardelle. I believe the chef there would agree. Other than that, the taste, presentation and that touch of chili oil, nothing short of exceptional!

Prepare to have your taste buds enter a realm hotter than Hades itself at 850 Degrees Pizzeria in Etobicoke, where Chris the Fire Lord reigns supreme. This place is so blazing, it makes Mount Vesuvius look like a kiddie pool on a summer day. Buckle up, because we're about to embark on a pizza adventure like no other.

Now, let's talk about the legendary "David Bolland" pizza. This fiery masterpiece will light up your mouth like a Fourth of July fireworks show. It's so epic, you'll feel like you just scored the winning goal in the Stanley Cup of flavors. Move over, hockey heroes—David Bolland is taking over the pizza game!

But let's not forget the man behind the flames: Chris, the fearless owner. Rumor has it he's got a secret pact with the sun itself to maintain that inferno-like temperature. Chris is like the Dumbledore of the pizza world, orchestrating a symphony of melted cheese and perfectly charred crust. He's the hero we didn't know we needed, risking his eyebrows every day to give us the ultimate pizza experience.

Now, brace yourself for the staff. These brave souls deserve an honorary medal for working in an environment hotter than a sauna in the Sahara. Their eyebrows might be singed, but their spirits are as high as the flames in the oven. They'll serve you with a smile, even if it's melted by the scorching heat.

In summary, if you're a pizza adventurer seeking a taste bud-scorching experience, 850 Degrees is your ticket to pizza paradise. Step into the fiery realm ruled by Chris the Fire Lord, where the "David Bolland" pizza reigns supreme. Just remember to bring your SPF 1000 sunscreen, a fire extinguisher, and a belly full of courage. This pizza journey will leave you hotter, happier, and...
