Adriano's Pizza — Restaurant in Toronto

Adriano's is one of those classic neighborhood pizza parlors. Their pizza has that authentic old school Italian flavor that is really fantastic. I don't know if it's the combination of their cheese and sauce, but it tastes great and reminded me of how pizza used to taste before all these franchises took over.

I haven't tried their pasta yet, but I'm sure it's equally awesome. Owner is also a very nice and friendly guy, hard working. Thank you!

Stopped in for a quick lunch. I ordered a slice of pepperoni pizza and my friend got the meatball sandwich. The pepperoni slice was super satisfying; curled up pepperonis, crispy crust, right amount of grease. I was enjoying it so much that my friend decided to get a slice while he waited for his sandwich. The sandwich came out shortly afterwards; I was offered a bite, so i took it. I've never been a fan of meatballs but I was curious and I gotta say it blew me away. Placed an order via call for pickup for Pesto Pizza and asked what base sauce it contains as the name was “pesto” to which he replied there is nothing related to “pesto” in the pizza, and if the name was white gold pizza, he would not put white gold in there, it was a little rude but I still ordered the pizza. During pickup, he did not have basic sauces or even ketchup. Anyway, we had heard great things about the place so we hoped our beach date will still be nice because of the pizza itself.
