Wow this was a fantastic meal and brunch spread! Must get dishes are the Bo Ne, buttermilk pancakes and pomelo/jicama salad.

The Bo Ne was so flavourful, especially the lemongrass pork and pate - bonus on the fresh hot steaming bread it comes with, we got a second one to finish all delicious pate with.

Standout brunch item was definitely the buttermilk pancakes. Our server said other customers said it rivalled Mildred’s pancakes and I agree, if not these were better. The blueberries and syrup were so well balanced and not overly sweet, while the pancakes were perfectly fluffy yet not super cake-like. We demolished this dish 😂

The summer cocktails were soooo good and unique. Presentation was top-tier and the drinks were clearly well thought-out with the customer experience in mind.

Our server explained each drink and how we should be consuming it for the best taste and experience (not mixing and drink as is first but straws/mixers were provided to drink it as we preferred).

Jicama salad is a nice palate cleanser with fresh chunks of pomelo, crunchy jicama slices and lots of fresh Vietnamese coriander. Loved the prawn crackers they were served with! I’ve been here for dinner previously and can confirm you won’t be disappointed with either brunch or dinner menu options.

Highly recommend this spot whether you want brunch or dinner, Vietnamese food or not. They have curated the menu so well to be authentic in flavour but still palatable and suitable for all taste preferences. Also the decor and vibes are lovely in...

Isle3 totally blew us away. I had the Pho Fashioned and it was unreal.. smooth, aromatic, with that perfect mix of sweet and salty. My partner went for the Jack of All Trades, which was fruity and tropical but still super balanced. We also tried the clarified Passionfruit Margarita, and honestly? Might be the best marg I’ve ever had.

The vibe is perfect. It feels like a classic asian restaurant with just the right amount of kitsch, but super stylish, modern, and upscale. Music was all bangers, zero skips. We were vibing the whole night.

The food menu is tight and intentional and clearly made with care. Johnny, the owner, was all over the place in the best way. He was making great recommendations, checking in on us, taking us about the place, and showing his team real support. It was awesome to see how much he genuinely cares. Lili, our server, was an absolute gem; so friendly and made us feel right at home.

Also, shoutout to Hung behind the bar! Bringing serious personality and shaking up incredible drinks.

Cant wait to bring friends here and spread the good word. Keep up the...

We live right around the corner and have been waiting with anticipation to see what restaurateurs would turn this beautiful location into a local favourite. Both my wife and I were completely blown away. A unique experience from beginning to end.

The owners Jason and Johnny gave us a warm welcome upon arrival and gave us a little history on how Aisle 3 Bar came to be. You really can see their attention to detail from the restaurants warm atmosphere to the perfectly crafted cocktails and the delicious food. We sat at the bar and felt right at home. They really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.

The standouts for us were Bún Bò Huê Birria Tacos and the Violet Evergarden cocktail were particularly good.

Message to the locals, we finally have a cool date night joint to come to that’s within walking distance of our homes. The owners want to be part of our community by sharing their passion and creativity. We’re lucky to...

We were just walking by when we were swept into the restaurant, kidnapped if you will ;) by one of the owners who happened to be heading inside. For drinks, I ordered the pink dragon sour and my boyfriend got the sleepless saigon. Mine tasted light and delicate, and his was strong with a good flavour palette. The atmosphere was spacious, yet cozy, and all the staff were really nice. We wanted to order the creme brûlée but unfortunately they were out. The owner offered us a free appetizer as a substitute, which was so kind of him! We got the goi du du, which I was a bit skeptical of at first but ended up being amazing. It was fresh, crunchy, stingy. Really lovely. Their menu is refined, but I was still able to find good vegetarian options. If you ask, they’re happy to tell you which items can be made vegetarian. My reviews are long winded, but this place deserves all the kind words that are given :)

We decided to check out this new spot in the neighborhood that’s serving up Vietnamese “street food” with a twist. Being big fans of Vietnamese cuisine, we were excited to see how they’d make it their own—and for the most part, they delivered. We sampled a variety of dishes, and the standouts for us were the Duck Duck Noodles and the Pomelo + Jicama Salad—both full of flavor, texture, and balance. They’re the kind of dishes that make you want to come back for more. The shrimp toast, on the other hand, didn’t quite hit the mark—it was a little too greasy and light on the shrimp. What really made the experience special was meeting the proprietors. Super kind, passionate, and clearly dedicated to their craft. They mentioned plans to transform their patio into a Vietnamese night market vibe for the warmer months—and honestly, we’re already counting down the days. Wishing them nothing but success!
