Came here for the first time ever yesterday, and ended up having the best chocolate croissant of my life here.

I wasn't sure what to get, but then was incredibly lucky that as I was ordering they just brought out fresh croissants from the oven, so I had to get one and it was the best choice.

Ive never eaten a croissant like that before, the pastry was so beautifully soft, but not too flaky, and the chocolate inside was perfectly melted with the right amount of richness. The entire croissant was so fresh and warm - incredible experience.

I realize I won't always be so lucky with my timing and not every croissant I get will be this fresh, but I'm also confident the ones not straight out of the oven will be good based on this experience. The quality of the pastry and chocolate was just so good that I know it'll still be a great croissant.

Will 110% be back for more croissants and to try other items - everything else looked super promising and I feel like this will become a regular spot for me - the brownie looks incredible too (although I will probably try to learn the times they bring out fresh...

I have been there mutiple times and tried their ice cream and other drinks which was fine. But, the owner was a completely different person when I went there to pick too good to go. The pick up time was 7 p.m. I was there a few minutes early and waited in line. By the time, it was my turn, I said I am here for too good to go. The owner said I have to serve other customers in line. He said it's not even 7 p.m. you have to wait. In fact, it was pass 7 p.m. and he just ignored after he saw the time on the TV. After the customers left, he went to the back started to put stuff in the box and gave it to me. I felt like I was being a bagger looking for free food. I truly don't understand why he is participating in too good to go because he is losing potential and current customers. Such a rude person I have...

I was looking forward to try this place. I decided to get a Too Good to Go surprise package. After inspecting what I got, I went back to ask if I got the proper value. No prices of the pastries are posted anywhere inside their place. To find the prices, you have to click on doordash or ubereats. In order to make sure I got the proper value, I went back to ask the owner. He was defensive and rude. He called out the prices of the items when checking on his register and said he always gives more than the value and for me not to come back. The donuts were nothing special and not as appealing as in their website and the tart was burnt (see photo lop left). I have shared many reviews as a google scout and can't recommend this place. It is overpriced and the service is poor. I will never return and...

Gaspar Café was a wonderful stop on my Era's Tour trip to Canada! My partner & I were staying at a local AirBNB. No coffee shops came up within a few miles. We headed out to search, somehow blindly finding one of the best coffee shops I've ever visited! On street parking followed by a short walk to this amazing place. The pastry case was awe-inspiring. We ended up with 2 coffees (as that was the goal) & a bag loaded with pastries, cookies & snacks. Everything we tried was delicious & at reasonable price points. The owner waited on us; he was so attentive & kind. Needless to say, if I ever need to visit Canada again, this Café will be a repeat stop.

Cute cafe with 6 outdoor seats. I originally visited because it was tagged "dine-in" and I wanted to work on a laptop, but there were only the seats outside facing the sun, so I had take-out instead. There was a password protected guest wifi, so maybe that's an option if you do want to work outside. The wait time for the breakfast bagel on display was about 5 minutes. The food and iced coffee was okay, but I don't think I'd go out of my way to order here again unless I lived in the area, had a dog, and walked past it regularly.
