Ali Baba’s Middle Eastern Cuisine - 113 Danforth Ave. — Restaurant in Toronto

I have been to all the locations of ali baba’s. This location was the worst, pathetic, rude and digusting. On sunday 2nd sept at night 11.14pm. Me and my friends orderd food for take out. I went to pay my card got declined, the person working there he was so rude he tells me you have no money in your bank. I did not say anything. i Gave another card which had funds because even that got declined i told him can you do it again seems like problem the guy points the finger at me and tells me the problem is that you dont have money. I felt really bad he embarrased me in front of everybody and i was talking to my friend in my mother tounge soo he started abusing me and friends and even threw our food. I want the complaint email of headoffice. And i will make sure none of my friends and their friends to go at this...

One of the underrated Aibaba franchise. The food was very SCRUMPTIOUS and the price is very reasonable compared to the portion of food. My tommy gets full every time I eat the Shawarma. Bedsides, I was amazed by the Customer service given by Mr. Sankeet who has been working there since long time ago. He possesses good customer services. He was very approaching and courteous while talking our orders. He explains everything about price, food and menu thoroughly. As a customer, I seek for good customer service and I must say I was satisfied with that. Needless to mention, the shawarma was so good. I visit this restaurant twice a week. And the sweets are very unique...

Ordered some onion rings from them. They told me it'd be 7 minutes. I waited for about 20 minutes and I went up and asked about how much longer and they said oh it would just be a few more minutes and I saw a guy run downstairs and then come up with the onion rings I ordered Minutes ago. When I asked they tried to say that they didn't forget that it took that long to get them because they're buried in the back of the freezer.

Making a mistake is one thing trying to lie to your customers is ridiculous, own it, Apologize, try to make it right and move on. Thankfully Ali baba's is not the only late night middle Eastern place. I'll be taking my business elsewhere...
