It is a very nice park, with many picnic tables and benches - perfect for small gatherings or just to chill with a blanket and a book. The park can be accessed from Wellesley Park (that's where Wellesley street actually begins) or from Amelia street. the place is also quite popular with dog walkers. Lots of shade - as there are many beautiful old trees with large canopies. It is quite idyllic here - but mind you, you can hear the hum from DVP. There is a splash pad in the northern part of the park (right by the Wellesley St entrance) surrounded by benches and shaded by a large cabana, so even on super hot and sunny days it's no scorching there. There is also a water fountain. a very lovely playground (Forsythia Playground) with swings, slides, monkey bars, climbers - with sand surface - and its own fence, borders with the park on the north end. My only complaint - the large garbage bins (recycling blue and black for waste) located at the Amelia entrance, are really smelly basically all the time (even during colder months)- maybe they could be...

Lovely little playground on sand, fenced all around with a couple of picnic benches. There are slides, a climbing frame, bouncers, a see-saw and swings (including swings for babies/toddlers and one for those with additional needs). Outside of the playground is a splash park and a large grassed area with a football (soccer) goal. Lots of trees, which looks stunning in autumn (fall). A wooden set of stairs leads down to Rosedale Road with a pavement (sidewalk) for pedestrians...

It is a decent park. Lots of shaded area from trees. There is a splash pad which is fun just as you enter the park. There is no wading pool. There are no changing rooms and no washroom. There are few tables to sit and enjoy food. There is a small playground, which is small and not that interesting.

The park is accessible by 65 from Castle Frank station and 94 from Wellesley station.

I wouldn't consider one of the must visit parks. Keep your expectations low and you will...

Greenery is soo good for summer. This place is quite and has a good treat to walk. They have benches here to chill around along with nice huge trees. There is also a green space and stair case to trek down and above. It’s pretty quite and cool here. There is a dustbin and and recycle bin for maintaining the cleanliness. Make sure you don’t get here when it’s raining as it might get very mushy and sticky. Good place for a small family picnic and enjoyment.
