this was my first time coming, I ordered a ice coffee, it wasnât made the way I expected it to be it was just coffee and ice with nothing else even though I paid for vanilla and asked her to re make it or put milk considering I paid almost 6$ and the âmanagerâ said âTHATâS NOT MY PROBLEMâ and smirked. Which is so unprofessional as a manager to say to a customer spending $6 on a drink that literally tastes sour. I was polite and iâm a customer, so why couldnât she polite to someone paying and contributing to the cafe she manages. How is it not your problem when a customer is upset and your the manager? So much attitude for someone who makes drinks all day. Also How is a drink with only drip coffee and ice 6$. I used to work at a cafe and cold brew comes with typically milk or atleast sweetener, and it shouldnât be that much or even if someone wanted to add some you shouldnât be showing so much attitude. She was really rude, and offered to put sugar water in my drink to make it sweeter when I paid a extra $1 for vanilla, I donât understand why she was so cheap considering I paid for the vanilla. The management and customer service is terrible, she told me to add milk myself and pointed towards milk, skim milk and cream but all were empty.. so then she said she would do it at the counter, I donât understand the attitude again because isnât that your job at the end of the day to help customers? she never once apologized or even tried to fix the situation she told me if I wanted it like a ice coffee I would have to pay for a whole new drink (another $6 + tax) so I wouldâve spent around 12$ Just for one drink I would like and...

I visited Aroma Espresso Bar at the above address and I ordered the "power breakfast". I noticed an usually foul odour and bitter taste in the feta cheese. I brought my food back up to the staff and they told me this is the way feta cheese is, and that they just opened up the package. They tried to insist that I eat that food. I asked for another cheese, which they did provide in a side plate but they returned the same plate with the feta cheese on it to me with a very unpleasant expression. The feta cheese still contaminated my salad and they did not replace that and just served it.
My concern is the feta cheese is probably not expired according to the expiration date on the package, however I don't believe this dairy product was handled properly when it was received or it was stored incorrectly (either out of the brine or in the danger zone temperature, etc). They did not address my concern and continued to urge the customer to eat this food and they did not pay attention the the contamination in the salad. I believe the staff needs to be retrained regarding food handling safety. There was also a fly (which probably flies into the toilet and also your food) in their restaurant and I understand that is hard to control however it is not safe for the exposed food that may get contaminated by it.

   Read moreOriginally Gave this place a five star. I was a customer from its inception, I loved coming here during my Masters. I was here literally everyday. I'm giving this store a one star, not for its employees, its food, but because of its owner and safety precautions. There have been numerous occasions in which both employees and customers complained to this Aroma's Business owner that a specific customer was: 1) Explicitly Rude to Employees and 2) Verbally Harassing customers in multiple instances. I was recently told that this individual was banned from the premise due to his terrible behaviour. Through correspondence from employees and patrons, apparently he is now welcomed back with open arms to the premise. I hope the owner puts the safety of her staff and customers at her priority. If corporate wants to reach out to me, I'll be happy to bring other witnesses and people who have complained about this particular individual's behavior to back up my claims. When the whole employee base feel unsafe and uncomfortable around this individual that compromised their safety on numerous occasions, I wonder what's stopping the business owner to fully outright ban him.
