I don't know where to start if I would exactly say it's the worst experience for me and my friends for the 3rd time. The staff is not professionally trained they are not sure how to work professionally. When we entered the store they were at the back kitchen I believe cleaning finishing there dishes. So I know so far when someone is working in any food environment they need to wash their hands and change gloves after changing their duties. Which I was not able to notice they just came and started making the sandwich. Second major point what's a Subway store when they don't have proper veggies or dressings to put on sub. I asked for swiss they informed they didn't had that i was ok let's use something else. Then we came to veggies she informed me that there were no tomatoes I was like what the hack should i go to freshco and get it than came to dressings, she told she doesn't have the sub sauce that's the home sauce subway has she didn't had sweet onion. I asked her can you check at the back she told me sir i already checked it's not there and way trying act fast before i request anything else. I would say there are few staff at this location who do follow proper procedure and proper method but the girls working over there specifically on Nov 9th 2021 need further training. There a way of handling the customer at any retail business where you try to help customer with solving the issue and not increasing the issue. I would really like to say that you should visit any other location driving for another 5min and there more than 2 subway in the area. I would not suggest you to waste your money over here thank you. When I asked if they did the deal, one lady said yes, even though the barcode wasnโt showing up for me. But then, when I went to pay, another employee suddenly told me they donโt do the deal in-store and that Iโd have to order it online. So, I stepped aside to try, but the app kept glitching. When I mentioned this, instead of helping, they all started giggling, making me feel like I was somehow doing something wrong. I kept asking if there was anything I could do to get it to work, but they kept acting like it was my fault, even pointing to other online orders to prove it "was working" for everyone else. They didnโt offer any real help, basically hinting I should just pay full price and let it go. After almost 20 minutes of trying different thingsโswitching to store Wi-Fi, refreshing the app, even letting one of the employees try tapping around on my phone (which didnโt work either)โthey finally called the manager.
