Gong Cha — Restaurant in Toronto

I’ve been coming to this Gong Cha location ordering the same drink which is the Mango Matcha with kanten jelly since last year. I’ve always had no issue ordering with no ice and 30% sugar. The last 2 times I’ve ordered they told me I couldn’t have it with no ice so I told them I’ve ordered it here before numerous time before they will finally make it. Recently when I came to order it, they told me I can’t adjust the sugar. I had to tell the 2 employees that were working there that I’ve been ordering this drink there for awhile and all the other Gong Cha locations have made with no issues. They told me they have to follow the recipe which doesn’t allow adjusting the sugar level but will make an exception to making it for me. Worst boba location ever!!! I've been here twice and never again. I went here Thursday night, the young male and female were nice and patient when I didn't know what to order. I loved how they were able to give me options to pick from and to hear their options on drinks. The drink I got was amazing!!! But today was unacceptable where my friend and I came before 6 and she pointed out the tall asian guy and told me that he is the one that is always yelling and always mad when customers come. edit: it’s bee about a month that this place is not giving the same quality and care to what is happening. I never get my points because the workers insist that their system is automatic but it’s not. I was only able to get it once this month and that’s because I had to argue with the girl there. Their drinks are no longer consistent. They miss toppings and add too much ice. Just not good anymore. Like why do you even have a tip option?
