this location was my go to however the service the last couple of times was disappointing and the service I received tonight was just not it for multiple reasons.

Firstly, only one person working and it was busy so longer wait times which is understandable. But the person working needs to work on his customer service skills. No greeting, no apology for the wait. The worse part is he didn’t even bother asking for the toppings, he just started putting everything one. As soon as I told him I didn’t want one of the toppings he put, he rolled his eyes like I made the mistake when he didn’t even ask in the first place. Extremely ignorant. He also seemed to fix his hair in a few places between orders which was just gross in an open kitchen.

Secondly, I asked for one line of signature hot sauce and he put more than they normally put. The food was way too spicy to the point we couldn’t even eat and threw out $40 worth of food.

Finally, attached below is the picture of the lettuce they were serving which speaks for itself.

The first couple of times this location let me down, I let it go because I understand having off days however, this was the final straw. Definitely never going to this...

Terrible Service Overall!!

Placed an online order for pickup and when I went in to pickup the food a few minutes earlier than the specified time on my confirmation email, the food was not ready. The lady was too busy cleaning and clearing things that they didn’t even bother to make my food. When I went into the restaurant and went to the counter, she looked at me as if I was bothering her. She said to give her a few minutes. She took her time to finish clearing some things before serving me. I find out that my food wasn’t made and they were going to make it. I ended up waiting there for about 20 minutes and finally got my food. No apology was given at all. When I got home, I find out that she didn’t even put any meat in my burrito!! I ordered a steak burrito, but instead got lots of rice and beans and some veggie, but no meat!

After all this, I can definitely say I will not be going back to this location...
