Burger King — Restaurant in Toronto

I would like to say, hands down this is the best Burger King location I have visited in years. I normally do not leave reviews for service, especially at fast food establishments, but my experiences here have been truly exceptional and deserving of special recognition.

A special mention is absolutely necessary for Thushan, as he is without a doubt the primary reason I return as often as I do. His welcoming demeanor, genuine customer service, and unwavering dedication to providing the best possible experience cannot go unnoticed. Thushan is undeniably a hard worker; even when the restaurant is at its busiest, he remains composed, focused, and remarkably authentic in his interactions.

What sets Thushan apart is not just his professionalism, but the sincere pride he takes in his role. It is evident in every greeting, every carefully prepared order, and every moment he takes to ensure customers feel valued and appreciated. I normally give great reviews about restaurants but the service I received tonight was truly the worst. I went through the drive through ordered using my coupon #3040, and #2400 bill came to 26.05 so I figured I should change to family bundle. Bear in mind it's 8pm no one else on the drive through..bill was now 30 bucks so reluctantly decided to change my mind saying to customer rep why bill so high...his reply its the tax we in Canada. So I order my original choice..so the order takes who I found out was the manager , he was rude and obnoxious. I had to go inside after waiting outside i got the wrong sandwich and when I asked him to change it he says more money. So told him the coupon says either same price just different codes. He kept on insisting he won't change the sandwich it was my mistake . After a screaming match between he and myself another customer offered to pay. I told the customer no , even another staff came by to stop him , she even made the sandwiches but it took him so long to come off his high horse to give me right sandwiches. That guy is a disgrace even worse tge store manager, how can he train his line staff. he has no patience and has no right working with customers. He should be ashamed and when I asked him for the owners information. he replied Google it. I wont be going back there. I almost got an aneurism dealing with him over food. My goodness...

I loved the place everything about it is amazing, first the place is so quiet and there wasn’t many people at the time I was there also the I like the seats and how they were arranged, they were so comfortable and look at the big windows. The staff are so nice and we made the order so fast, we ordered combo meals, the burgers were so nearly rapped (I love the art on the rapping paper) and so delicious with a lot of veggies and pickles, the bread was so fluffy with sesame seeds, the fries were well crisped, the drinks were so good, the outing wasn’t planned we were in our pjs when I thought about Burger King because my son, who has special needs, hasn’t eaten anything since the morning, he is so picky and doesn’t eat anything. I’m happy I came there he finally had something today before he goes to bed. Update: we went yesterday May 7 in the evening and we ordered the same thing whoppers jr and fries and beverages, we all enjoyed but then when we woke up in the morning we all had stomach ache, muscle aches and lethargy, I think the food wasn’t fresh or maybe the oil is used many times, I’m in bed since the morning, I have very bad stomach ache and muscle aches and mild fever, my son who is not even verbal has been saying “help, stomach ache” since the morning, my 2 children, my husband and I are all...
