I really want to give these folks a better rating will start with the goods

Portions were very good and not just with filler. They genuine give you very good portions

Flavour was decent but nothing out of this world so I’d give them a 7/10 on flavour

Service was unfortunate problematic but I do think it’s fairly easy things for them to fix or maybe I just got them on an off night

I had a reservation for 830 but I arrive 10 minutes late (totally my fault) anyways I get there and let them know and the lady points me to the reserved table and tells me to sit there with my family

As I’m sitting another waiter comes and kinda rudely says that tables not for me I explained the other lady asked me to sit and he says since I’m late I loose the table - which again is totally fair- but as I said I’m just sitting g there coz they told me to

Anyways fortunately another table was available

We sit and no real urgency to talk to us or ask if we want drinks or anything. The guy waiter does swing. Y and kinda leave a few menus and walks away

Anyways I ordered the mixed grill for 4 and the food comes out very quickly which was good as we were with kids

But we just kinda sat around waiting for some sort of Utensils to dish out the food as it comes in a big platter so I wave the guy down who brings me the appropriate utensils

As I’m eating I find a big hair in my plate which once again I wave the guy down for and he can tell I’m getting frustrated now

He kinda says something I couldn’t make out what but defo acknowledging the issue and then kinda walks away

I sat around for a bit honestly no knowing what was happening like should I wave him down again. Or what but eventually he does come with a big plate of rice with chicken and beef shaving and apologize which I thought was nice

If there is any place that deserves a 5 star, its this one.

We reserved a spot for two people 20 minutes prior to getting there, they get busy on Ramadan weekends around evening.

Service: 5/5 There were only two servers managing the whole dining area which was jam packed, however, they were so graceful and efficient! Our server got us water and dates pretty much as soon as we sat down, took our order within a few minutes, salad came after a few minutes and then the mains came. At no point did we feel like we were waiting for something to come.

Salad and Turkish tea ON THE HOUSE! and both of them were soo good. I had two refills of Turkish tea thats how much i liked it.

Iskander Kabab, very good and HUGE potions, I don't think its possible for a regular person to finish the whole portion by him/herself. It was very well made and had generous amount of beef.

Adane Kabab, flavourful and juicy. Usually middle easter places dry their kabab and it doesn't have a loot of seasoning, but these were very well seasoned.

We also got a Pide which was freshly made, very well done and again HUGE serving.

Got Kanafe at the end and its one of the best I have had in GTA.

Environment: Nothing much to write about here, it was exceptionally clean including the washrooms and was spacious.
