I like that you get Vietnamese and Thai dish options all in 1 place. I have no complaints about the food we ate. The place also got quite busy during the Sunday evening when we dined there. What I disliked was the poor quality of overall service we received. Right at the start, the waiter mentioned that the tap machine might not be working later during payment. It is working fine as of the moment, but there might be a possibility for it to act up maybe later. Another issue was that one of our orders did not come out. We ordered Pho, a red curry meal, fried wanton, and fresh rolls. The fried wanton was first to be served as expected, being an appetizer, then out came the Pho and red curry. We gave it some more time to see if the fresh roll just takes longer to prepare, but nothing came out within the acceptable amount of service time. I let them know about it and asked to just have it canceled from our order. Later on when I was paying the bill, I asked to confirm if the fresh rolls were indeed canceled from our bill. The person handling the counter cashier snapped back at me rudely and pointed to the just printed invoice listing all the ordered items. Something else that did not sit quite well with me is that they run out of the capacity to serve service water - water in glasses. I know they do serve water because I saw them in the other tables. When I asked the waiter, he mentioned that they no longer have glasses available. He asked us instead if we were OK to order bottled water instead. I find it unacceptable that customers have to be directed to a paid option instead of a commodity that should have been free. Whatever the case may be, they should have more than enough clean dishes to serve water in. There were just too many bad things to happen for me to leave a good recommendation.

I am disheartened to leave this one-star review, as the food was beyond expectations. I was hesitant to give this place a try because of the conflicting reviews regarding the restaurant’s cleanliness and services. Personally, I don’t expect friendly and attentive services at a pho place, and I would expect the bare minimum in regards to hygiene. Since I was starving today and my favourite pho place was 20 mins drive from our place, I decided to give it a shot as we were nearby. My husband and I ordered regular pho (house special & beef flank), and the bean sprouts and everything were very fresh. The food was really good, and we really enjoyed our meal, until… We saw the server guy picking nose sitting next to us, with his fingers that touched our soup bowls when he was serving. Unfortunately he did that multiple times, too, that when my husband pointed that out I could also spot him picking his nose a few more times later. He even wiped his nose with his T-shirt, never minding the customers right in front of him. I don’t know about the kitchen situation but I cannot imagine what would happen behind the doors. Didn’t want to judge but the server guy was in a super old-looking, seemingly unwashed, wrinkly T-shirt from the first place. When he got us the menu and tea, he was a bit rude and off but we didn’t mind. Despite all these, I would have left at least a 4-star review for this family-owned small business standing for a long time in the neighbourhood. Seriously, please read this review and do better with your hygiene. You lost your loyal customer who lives literally steps away from your shop. I don’t even expect good services here, I just want the bare minimum.

✨Grilled beef with rice & a fried egg ✨Fresh rolls ✨ Beef short rib with fried rice and a grilled shrimp skewer The portions at Hung Long are pho-nominal! You get a lot of bang for your buck 👏🏻 the fact that it’s pretty affordable is the icing on top 🔝 this has got to be the best grilled beef & rice dish from a pho restaurant that I’ve ever gotten. No lie, it tasted THAT delicious 🤤 My BF and mother in law got soup and my sister in law got vermicelli, they all enjoyed their meals too 🍜 I even was here last week myself when I was sick and got a beef soup myself and I can confirm that it was sooo good. We love this this place. Another time, I got the Beef short rib with fried rice and a grilled shrimp skewer 🍤🫑 The presentation, the portions, and the food itself are absolutely incredible

I would never, never purchase anything from thos place again. I went online, viewed the menu and contacted them to place an order for jumbo shrimp and pork chops. I stated the price I saw to confirm and the response was the menu price have changed. Notwithstanding, I proceeded to order total $22 I went to pick up my order. I saw 1 shrimp and a slice of pork chops. I immediately called to query if this was an oversight but I was told the menu says 1shrimp+pork chops, this I corrected and made reference to the menu. I am extremely disappointed- so much that I have no comments to the taste of the food.

You do not value your customers.I work very hard for my money and to drive to your restaurant and was given that portion of food was not worth it and speaks Volume... your customers service is Very poor (you went as far to tell me: that's it- how rude. I don't know who you own money, or what bill your rushing to pay off... but it's unethical, condescending... you are basically saying, that's all you need and it all about how I cook. This restaurant's food is not the best in toronto.

1.stop rushing people when they are trying to order their food

Update your menu with the correct price and add a link the a menu.

Do.stock-taking and evaluate your restaurantservice. It goes to show how little you care about your customers.

You provide so.little to customer but yet you cut shirt on what they deserve.

Without customers there's no business I was nit happy eating my meal. I have no time to waste money. When people take the time to do business with you, make it...
