I recently visited this cafe and had a mixed experience. While the service and courtesy of the waiters were commendable, I can't give a higher rating due to the issues I encountered with the food.

To start with the positives, the service provided by the waitstaff was exceptional. They were attentive, friendly, and made sure I had everything I needed throughout our visit. Their professional and courteous approach definitely enhanced the overall dining experience.

However, when it comes to the food, I had a few disappointments. The portion sizes left much to be desired. The serving of meat in particular was noticeably small, leaving me feeling unsatisfied. On the other hand, there was an abundance of bread, which was undoubtedly delicious, but it felt unbalanced. I was hoping for a heartier meat portion to complement the flavors.

Furthermore, the meat I ordered had a great taste, but it wasn't cooked to my preference. I prefer my meat well done, but it arrived slightly undercooked. This oversight affected my enjoyment of the dish.

The rice accompanying the meal was forgettable. the baba ganoush was a letdown. Instead of the traditional eggplant-based dip, it seemed to consist only of the sauce. I was really looking forward to the smoky and rich flavor of baba ganoush, but unfortunately, it was missing the star ingredient—the eggplant. This lack of authenticity was disappointing. I paid $49 with tips for one person main dish, “babaganush” and ayran.

While the service provided by the waiters was fantastic, the food aspect of my visit fell short of my expectations. The portion sizes, lack of proper cooking for the meat, forgettable rice, and absence of eggplant in the baba ganoush were the main letdowns. I hope the cafe takes these points into consideration and improves the food quality to match the excellent service they provide.

Its a good place to have Turkish food. We'd gone there for the first time on a Sunday evening at around 5 PM. Had to wait for around 15 minutes to get seated. As soon as we got the place, a waitress came to take the order. She was a very kind lady, however very weak in English and seemed she only knew Turkish - hence we had really difficult time ordering. We came to know that we could not order their BBQ Mix Platter, as apparently they were out of utensils to serve it, so were kind of forced to order something else and therefore, we ordered Pasha Sultan Mix Platter, Chicken Wings, Iskander Doner & Mix Dip Platter as we were 5 ppl (2 adults and 3 kids).

Now here's the tricky part, we asked the waitress that their menu says that the Mix Platter is good for 2 people so advise us how many people it can really serve, as we'd order other items too. She said its good for 1 or max 2 persons and suggested to order two of those. I thought the size will be small, so I ordered 2 of those platters. Then she suggested to order one Iskender Doner too along with the chicken wings as it will then be enough for 5 people. So I ordered whatever she suggested.

We noticed that people who came after us were served earlier & we waited for almost 25 - 30 mins to get our order.

When the food came, it was alot and we couldn't eat even 25% of what was ordered. I asked the waitress that the platter she said is good for only 2 people is in fact good for atleast 3 - 4 people. I felt kind of ripped-off as due to our ignorance they simply upsold on the items we didn't even need.

I'd suggest people to go and try the Turkish food there but be very cautious in ordering and...

From the moment my family and I sat down, we were greeted by a server and told she would be with us shortly to take our order. Several minutes go by and we are ready to order but no server is even looking our way. Granted it was Mother’s Day and it was busy during our time there, but there were plenty of servers available. The same waiter that greeted us wouldn’t even look our way but she was serving others food. No one else came to take her place either. We were trying to make eye contact with someone/anyone that would help but no one would look our way.

Next, the complementary apps took a while to come to our table and when we were finished with it, again no servers in sight to remove the plates/dishes from our table. Our main meals then took a long time to come afterwards, and even then the bulgar rice was not ready. The waiter promised us it would be here soon - however we were almost done with our meats/food by the time the bulgar rice finally came out. We had to repeatedly follow up with the servers ourselves and that was really frustrating because no one bothered to come in to check. And again there were plenty of servers to be honest just walking, looking around but not actually serving our table.

The service this time around was truly disappointing because the food was great. My husband and I came a few months ago and both the food and service were great but I’m not sure what happened this time. It was truly disappointing because it tainted our Mother’s Day outing with our family in a...

Had the Turkish breakfast here and wow—so good! Tons of variety, everything was fresh, flavorful, and surprisingly healthy. Definitely hit the spot without feeling too heavy. Only small downside? I wish the Turkish coffee came with the breakfast instead of being an extra charge. It just feels like it should be part of the experience, you know? Still, I’d totally come back. This place knows how to do breakfast right.
