Terrible staff, great food!
I usually eat here when I go to Sherway, and as usual it was hard to communicate with the staff, cause they can’t speak English fluently and it’s always busy which make them rushing everything, but today, I had a terrible experience that I have to share, at least with the management cause I didn’t deserve it. I was in line, ordered my food and one of the staff said my food is ready and asked me to go to the cash register, so I did, the cashier put two packs of food in front of me and asked if they’re mine, since they were similar to my order and it’s their duty to make sure that customers get their orders right, I said yes, then the guy behind me said it’s his, I looked closer and realized there’s some eggplant on the side so I realized that it wasn’t mine, I apologized and waited for my food. When it was my turn, the cashier started yelling at me and telling me “why do you say it’s yours when it’s not?!!” I said they were similar, she yelled again “No they’re not!! You can’t do this!! “ I was about to cry and I was shaking and I just took my orders and left. She wasn’t even young, I bet she had some customer service experience, and this was so unacceptable! She first accused me of not telling her that I ordered 2 meals then she yells at me saying I didn’t pay. For the record, yes I told her that I ordered 2 meals and yes my credit card payment went through. The only thing that happened here is her terrible English communication and the fact that she wasn’t paying attention the whole time. This lady needs a serious customer service training. Also, please pay attention on how to perform your duties so you don’t accuse customers of not paying. In addition to this, they changed their containers. Read moreThe red haired woman at the teller is extremely rude and unnecessary!!!! if the restaurant cared about their image and reputation they should put that lady in the back and not handling the customers. The over all experience at this location is chaotic and tense. The women behind the counter act annoyed with you when you are asking for help with something. They insinuated I was attempting to steal their Uber eats order when I was simply trying to clarify an issue. I left in tears because how those woman treated me so viciously for simply trying to clear an issue. Acting like Uber eats issues are not their concern is diabolical as I’m spending my money there.
