My sons normally come here to hang out and they told me mom you have to go here, and ask for Victoria she’ll hook it up, she is so good. I decided to give this place a try. I had an amazing experience. I did request to talk to the waitress/bartender Victoria, she suggested great recommendations. Victoria was professional, friendly, understanding and always had a smile on her face willing to assist. She came often to check up on us to make sure the food and everything was going well, and I really appreciated that. The cove fried rice was definitely a hit. I recommend this place to everyone, request to speak to Victoria, you won’t be disappointed. Such a kind soul. As my sons states she definitely hooks it up with the pepper sauce, and the only person who works there that actually knows how to pack a take out order because she include all sauces including soy sauce. They tell me mom, we don’t go to other restaurant because when Victoria sees us she already know what we want and when we walk up to the counter it’s there waiting for us. My son says the day she stops working here is the day they stop coming because it’s not going to be the same. I visited this restaurant on September 18th at 7:01 p.m., and it was an absolutely terrible experience.

The server, Denise C., was extremely unprofessional. She was on her phone during service, dismissive, and completely lacking in respect or manners. When I asked for extra hot sauce, she rudely demanded I pay an extra dollar. It wasn’t about the dollar—it was the rude and unwelcoming attitude that made the situation unacceptable.

Denise was inattentive, unapproachable, and more focused on her phone and socializing than on serving customers. Her behavior does not represent professionalism or hospitality in any way.

The food itself was below average and certainly not worth the price, but the customer service was by far the worst part of the experience. The way I was treated overshadowed everything and completely ruined the visit.

I would never recommend this restaurant to colleagues, friends, or family. I would not bring loved ones here, and I would not purchase food from here again. There are far better options in the area where customers are treated with respect.
