Caribbean Cuisine Delights — Restaurant in Toronto

My friend and I were shopping in the mall, and got so hungry, so we decided to buy food from here and take home.

Let's start with good; My friend got rice and peas, and jerk chicken. I got stir fry rice and fish. 👍The lady that attended to us was nice 👍The food quantity was good 😊The fish was perfect 😋The jerk chicken was tasty

The bad; 😪The rice and peas was tasteless

The ugly; 😭After taking the 3rd spoon of my rice, I noticed it got salty, and then the next spoon was saltier. I ate from another part of the plate and had to spit it out because of the salt/soy sauce/seasoning.

Whatever it was, I was really pained because I was hungry and couldn't eat. Couldn't go back to the restaurant too.

If you make a mistake with your food, please don't sell...

I got the curry goat with rice and beans. At first the food tasted fine. It got saltier as I continued. Then immediately I was greeted with intensely unpleasant saltiness. There was a large clump of salt in my rice that I had unwittingly put into my mouth. I spit it out and told the workers about the chunk of salt in my food. They were very impolite and didn’t believe me, insisting they don’t put salt in their rice, but at least offered to give me another one (although I would have much preferred a refund but I didn’t want to deal with them anymore). I felt nauseous for a while after and had to wash down the taste of the salt with a fruit drink. Will not...
