Ordered two drinks: Mango Tango and Mango Green Tea. I took the drinks believing that they were the right order and drove home. Once home, I took the drinks out of the bag. I noticed that the Mango Tango was actually the wrong drink so I dropped off the Mango Green Tea for my parents to drink and I then proceeded back to the store to get my order fixed. The two employees working there apologized for their mistake and gave me the right order this time. I drove back home and find that my parents noticed that the drink I dropped off earlier was not even Mango Green Tea but was plain old green tea.
I'm not sure what's going on but I have a feeling that management is not taking the proper procedures to train employees or get employees to double check new employees work. Very disappointed that two mistakes happened on one single order. This store needs to do better in that sense. Read moreI came by around 4:30 on Sunday April 2nd. Ordered two drinks. The inside, outside of the bag, and the two drinks were absolutely covered in the milk tea. I could feel the syrup just grabbing the bag.
I asked for another bag and moved the sticky drinks myself. I ended up placing the chatime bag inside of another container to protect my suede Recaro seats.
The extra 10 seconds to wipe all the excess milk-tea from the drinks, a smile and remembering to provide the straws could have resulted in a 5 star review.
