Wow! These cookies were EPIC! So many different flavours and all so delicious! The cookies themselves were not too sweet and the toppings itself basically sweetened them up! My favourites were the strawberry pop tart and bueno! All time faves as of now! The pop tart with that frosting of the pop tart and the jam filling complemented the cookie so well! The crunch of the bueno with the soft cookie went so well together! All the flavours were dynamite! They also have chocolate and candy lovers fantasies as well with Mars, snickers, mr big, and nibs! And can’t forget banana bread and shortbread! Definitely a recommend and a must return! The place is bright and vibrant and so nice when the sun shines inside! The service was on point and you never felt rushed even with the social distancing policies of 2 people at a time! Great job overall! If you ask me what my favourite dessert is it would have to be chocolate chip cookies!! So when Craig’s Cookies kept popping out of my feed you just know I had to try it. Took my kids to get a dozen cookies it was $32 no tax about $2.60 per cookie. We got a variety of flavours 4 Original chocolate chips, (my fav) Oreo, chili đŸŒ¶, mars, brownie, cookies n cream, and gummy bear. We all took bites and tried them all crunchy on the outside soft and chewy on the inside! It was a bit on the salty side which my kids did not like at all. I didn’t mind it. I didn’t get a chance to try the chili flavour or the gummy one because my son devoured it lol. Everything else tasted like the original cookie but with a different filling on the inside ie. mars bar, snickers bar etc.. All in all it was definitely worth the try and the extra calories! If I’m in the area I would definitely stop by again.

SOOO GOOD! When I found out that Craig's Cookies Inc. a local queer-owned cookie shop, graciously donates their proceeds to The 519, a non-profit org committed to the wellness of 2SLGBTQ+ communities, we ordered 60 boxes, built a pride cookie tower for our Pride event and never looked back! The employees loved the surprise and cookies. I’d call this a job well done đŸ„ł My only criticism would be the delivery time. We asked for the express 12pm to 2pm window. I had staff leaving early to catch their flights that day and needed time to set up. I think that if we are to pay nearly $40 for a guaranteed window, the driver could at least call to say their running late. ❀ Overall great experience and customer service!

I came across this new shop on Bayview when picking up dinner at Cumbrae’s. I had never heard of this place so I went in and had a browse. I didn’t really see much selection other than the same chocolate chip cookie but with different flavorings, mainly junk food. Since they looked decent I got an assortment to take to my husband and two teenage boys. My husband is a cookie connoisseur and has tried every cookie in the city of Toronto. Our latest favorites are the chocolate chip cookie at Bomou which is a lovely new patisserie opened by a lovely French trained Pastry Chef and her sister up the road. We’ve never had such melt-in-your-mouth cookies and pastries. (Get the double chocolate chip). After paying for the cookies (you need to take out a mortgage to pay for these they were so expensive), And ASKING FOR A TIP? I brought them home for the family. Where to start. Never have I tasted a cookie so sweet and so SALTY at the same time. There was no flavor profile other than the chocolate chip base and each one we sampled just had more mouthfuls of sugar in each bite with the added junk food. We actually THREW THEM OUT! I’m not sure this store will make it in the neighborhood as there are do many other beautiful and delicious offerings that constitute proper baking. I would hope to see it offer more than just the one chocolate chip cookie because there was nothing original about this cookie as it even just tasted like your standard chocolate chip cookie from the back of a bag of chocolate chips. The service wasn’t outstanding either. Maybe the staff need to be paid more instead...

Lol what is wrong with some of the reviewers in here? “Their cookies are too sweet”??? “They didn’t have the flavour I wanted”??? “The cookies are too expensive.”??? “They asked me if I would like to tip!”???

Cookies are meant to be sweet, and when you get one with salty ingredients in it THEY’RE GOING TO BE SALTY. Craig and co. cycle in and out flavours throughout the day because baking 60 different flavours simultaneously is a bit of an operational impossibility. My wife loves the Toffee ones and I have a 50% success rate with them being available when I visit, but you don’t find me trying to destroy their business on here with petty reviews. It’s the luck of the draw, you win some and lose some. As for price, there is nothing stopping you from turning around and leaving the store if you deem them too pricey. No one’s holding a gun to your head. Don’t pay for them and then complain about how much you paid for them. And finally, the gratuity thing: by providing contactless payment for COVID reasons, you don’t have the opportunity to choose on the machine if you’d like to leave a tip. What are they supposed to do, just forego tips during the pandemic? While it may be new to you, it’s done in a non-hostile, friendly way and there’s no harm no foul if you decline. They thank you anyways.

Going to Craig’s has always been a pleasant experience and these are the best cookies in the city. 5 stars today and always, and get over your...

Just experience Terrible customer service at the Bayview location I was on my way to the store and simply called the store to inquire about a specific cookie I was interested in buying.

The person on the phone said his name was “Tiwain” and said he was in the store “office” and therefore would NOT go and check to see if the cookies I wanted was on display. He told me once I get to the store I could then check the selection for myself.

Why have a phone in the shop if you are not willing to speak/help customers calling the store?

All I needed was a YES or NO response as to whether the cookie I was looking for was on display and how many of them they had at the moment.

I told him I was only 5 Minutes away, so I was not worried about them selling out. The person I spoke to was very unwelcoming, dismissive and did not want to be bothered doing a simply check for a customer on the phone.

This was the Bayview location time of my call to the store was 8:37pm Saturday.

Management * I am giving you the time of my call because I am doubtful he gave me...
