Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in Toronto

I am giving a review for some of the reviews below. Mind you, I am just an observer not working for the company.

About the too much fudge review... you should tell the staff to give you less fudge next time. Communication is the key to getting what you want. If you don't say anything, they will give you what they are trained to do. You don't say anything, then complain is unethical.

The one complaining about the 10 o'clock closing early. Be honest. What time did you get to the store?, of course they will lock the doors by 9:59 i assume when you arrived and expect them to still serve you. If they don't lock up 10 minutes before, they could possibly get more customers around the store when it's supposed to be closed. I worked for a fast food chain before. They don't pay much, so to expect the people to stay work overtime without knowing if they are even allowed to get paid overtime is unfair for a customer to demand. Next time, go to the store early. I frequent this location as it is close to where I live. Been coming to this location for almost 15 years. The selection is great, never had any issues with the product. BUT had to 3 star because when wewere there Wednesday evening, many customers including myself and my family couldnt help but overhear which who we assume is the supervisor constantly yelling at the staff. It isnt any of our business what their issues are, BUT it does make the customers feel uncomfortable and uneasy especially the ones with little kids. Im sure this is not a proper representation...

Zero stars if I could for the disgusting behavior of the staff today. My wife was there with our 3 year old son and accidentally left her phone. Not long after she realized and returned.

The staff insisted there wasn’t a phone turned in. My wife went home and checked the “Find my iPhone” feature which placed it still at the Dairy Queen. My wife returned to the store and advised the staff of this while also calling the phone from another phone. At this point she could hear the phone ringing. The staff finally turned the phone over.
