This Dominos forgot our dips twice in a row, and instead of just taking the charge off the bill, they said they'd be going back to the store and getting them... One of these times was during a party of 15+ people. It would be silly for them to wait another 20 minutes for our dips. I called and asked for them to refund just the dip charge, but they would not. They decided to finally just give me a free pizza credit. Okay, that's fine I guess.

Fast forward to the free pizza, I ordered dips along with it, but of course I had to pay extra for them, as well as the delivery charge. When they got there... Guess what? No dips! That's some irony right there. The delivery guy said, "I'll go get your dips." I thought he meant he's going to the car or something, but nope. 15 minutes later, after we finished eating our pizza, 'cause we was HUNGRY, I realized he meant he was going to the store and back... Dude. Just give us our $2 back instead. Sheesh. These dudes need to carry packs of dip in their cars or something with the rate they forget dips at.

We gave them another chance. Today, we ordered a pizza at 2:15PM and got it at 3:22PM. It was one medium pizza. They tried to claim there was something going on on the road, but I used Google Maps to look it up. There was nothing lol. The guy tried to argue with me that's there's no timeline but come on. It was over an hour and our pizza was cold and no longer fresh.

Our dips were warmer than the pizza, but at least they didn't forget...

I wrote a review about this Dominos a few weeks ago. Summarizing it by saying that I was not happy with my order would be an understatement. The owner of the location asked me to contact him shortly after it was posted so I did and I told him that I wasn't happy with the quality of my food and he asked me for another chance to get my order right and since I'm a big believer in second chances and that even the best restaurants can have a bad night I agreed to his request.

Last night we got back from spending the day out a water park because of the heat wave and didn't feel like cooking so I decided to use the credit that I had.

The order of two pizzas and wings arrived sooner than expected and it was all still so hot that I could barely hold onto the pizza boxes. That's a good problem to have. This food even smelled better than the food from my bad experience and definitely tasted a lot better.

I was really impressed that the owner had done this to make things right and would now order from this location without hesitation knowing that I would get some good tasting pizza.

I would like to thank Uday for making this right and going way above and beyond the normal "coupon good for ten bucks" hoping that would solve the problem.

Basic Dominos. My issue was when I ordered, I inquired about the availability of a certain special. The person at the counter typed on the computer and then started asking me what toppings I wanted. I assume great the special I wanted is available. In comes the total and it's three and a half bucks more than it should be. I question this and the counter person says it was charged extra because I had split the pizza for half and half. With out a bill in your hand it's difficult to argue these things. I wait till the end cuz Domino's puts their receipt on the box. I find out yep I was charged 3 bucks more than I should have been. I'll bring it to the attention of the person giving me my pizza. They tell me that the order I wanted was available online only. I counter if he had told me that I would have ordered it online off my phone. I also pointed out that the gentleman straight-up lied to me about why it cost more. I got the difference back in money and proceeded to have a very mediocre Pizza.
