Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Toronto

This dominos is AWFUL. They called us to offer us a free pizza due to an order being delivered super late. They said the credit for the free pizza would be on our online account and we can order it anytime. We placed an order online and it didn’t credit anything, so we called to confirm. They said we couldn’t get the free pizza online and had to call (which they never told us). We said okay can you just cancel it and run it through as a phone in order? They said no you need a manager. We spoke to the manager and I don’t think he understood English very well. He said he would cancel it to re submit the order and then we couldn’t use the coupon again. We agreed. An hour later, the pizza never came and he had fully cancelled our order even though we made it very clear we still wanted to order pizza for our dinner regardless. We called back confused as to why we never got any pizza. We stated that we still would like to order and he said no do it online. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional, and truly didn’t understand what we were saying at all. All of this because they tried to offer us a “free pizza”… not worth the hassle and will be ordering elsewhere...

If you actullay mange to order... Website is down as of 06:45 Pm - tried to order online. On check out page it told me that there are technical issues, call the store I was told. I was unable to order online. I called the store and some guy started telling me to call the number given, I told him that is the number I was given, the store....so that did not go anywhere...so I told him, let me order now on the phone...I wanted NY style pizza 14.99...he says this coupon does not work on the phone orders...he tells me to call the number again...I tell him that I am calling the number right now- store number -..LOL...right after he lost his mind and started verbal abuse - yelling at me "DONT TALK TO ME THIS WAY"...LOL and I say "and who are you?" upon which he promptly disconnected...WOW. What a service, what a class..." I been ordering from this place for last 7 years...gone is my business with them...you know that all of us who order from your place, we actually pay your bills, right?. Now they can eat their own pizza...if they ever actully manage to place an order...

I am editing my previous review since I have to really thank the person who bought this store back to its glory. In my previous review i mentioned I was too sad to see this store turned bad due a poor team and now I notice the team got changed and once again they bake awesome pizza and not awful pizza. I am trying here for last 2-3 months and all the pizzas are really tasty. For the first time I tried the Pacific veggie pizza during the Bogo offer and it was extraordinary, I can’t believe a pizza without meat could be so delicious. The perfect amount of sauce, cheese and toppings on a well made hand tossed crust made every bite memorable and even the felt over slices was yummy on the next day. This guy got a magical hand. Kudos to the guy who crafted my Order #: 95 Date: 10/14/2023 7:40PM. Once again a big thank you to the store ppl for respecting our reviews and brought the changes. Every time we order pizza you guys not just bake us a pizza but a feast and make our pizza nigh...
