they made the pizza wrong. we realized when ww got home. called them, they said they could make a new one and refund the old one. great! went back to the store, they went back on what they said, refused to make the new pizza, and refused to refund the old one- said it was because of the supervisor. the staff refused to call the supervisor out. We were in a rush at this point and had to leave. hangry at home I decided to call the store to find out who is above the supervisor so I could get at least a refund. the supervisor answered. & apparently the staff completely lied about the situation blaming me. great! they offered to make the pizza but I'd have to go back to the store a third time to pick it up. hell no. can you please deliver it, I've already been there twice. no! but we can give you a free drink. a drink costs and I quote "$2.81" my partner had checked and delivery to us cost $5.5. that's a whopping difference of $2.69!! not even the cost of a drink each for the 2 customers who were going to share this pizza. much too expensive!
I opted for a refund still but she was not able to process it, said I would have to speak to the manager tomorrow. now here I am, hangry, thinking about the times I'd see the supervisor at my old job take food and just mark it as -1 inventory. now thinking this supervisor doesn't want to get in trouble by the manager the same way the staff at the front didn't want to. well, we'll see what happens tomorrow, if we ever get the call from the manager.

I call again, the guy hears my voice and hangs up again. So I was like whatās going on!?
I changed my voice and I asked can I take an order he responded with āpick up or deliveryā and I said actually I have an orderā¦I ordered at 7:20 and now itās 8:35, checking if the driver is on the way cause the tracker says complete
He said they were overwhelmed and shut down the take out services and I said it would be nice to inform the people that ordered rather than shutting down without informing anyone!!
The workers are incompetent. Many times I tipped well and the last time I tipped 50 bucks on a large pizza for the driver.
I know now NEVER to order.
Keep your customers in the loop, I understand being overwhelmed but after an hour and 40 min and then you hang up on the phone three times while I was nice on the phone.
Gladly I wasnāt Karen but when people canāt do the bare minimum they donāt deserve their customers money.

I work Queen street east in the beaches and live here in Parkdale.
This past weekend on Sunday, after working a 8+ hour shift and exhausted it took me almost 2 hours to get back home to Parkdale late at night past 12am.
I was starving so I stopped to place an order for cheese bread for my dinner because I had not eaten. I had bags with me so I said I would be right back to pick it up in about 10 mins when it would be ready.
I went home to drop my bags when I accidentally fell asleep and never got my order (i was also never given a receipt).
Today after working at a restaurant until after 12 am, I remembered that I never got my cheese bread, so I stopped and asked.
I was told they through out my order and I would have to pay for it again.
I never got what I PAID for.
Corporate greed and bad customer service right there, I will not be visiting here again unless they can attend to this issue.
I am simply being honest as another individual who works in the food...
