There are not enough complimentary words to describe my experience working with Anat! My partner wanted a unique engagement ring, something that stood out with subtle and classic beauty. As an adventurous, outdoorsy person, she also wanted something that was rooted in and reflective of nature. It felt like a tall order, and one which might be a unicorn mission. My partner and I had an excellent experience working with Anat and Anya to create our engagement ring. We had a good feeling right from the first phone call with Anat and knew she was who we wanted to make our ring. We had talked with a few other jewelers before deciding to go with Anat and none of them were as attentive, genuine or kind as Anat. We wanted “something green that looks like a tree” and really got the feeling from our conversation with her that Anat cared about creating something precious that met our wishes and reflected who we are as a couple.

Throughout the process, Anya and Anat were responsive, communicative and were very tactful in informing our design choices without pushing us in one direction. The ring is absolutely gorgeous, more beautiful than I could have imagined, and took my breath away the first time I saw it. Depending on the lighting, it makes me feel like I’m staring into a deep pool of water or watching sunlight trickle through a tree canopy. For the past couple of years, I'd been given the opportunity to have my wedding ring redone. I had a basic halo style with guards on either side. While beautiful, I was looking for something that was an original. Organic, hand-sculpted, a ring with a story. By fluke (or fate!) I happened to come across Anouk Jewelry. Anya quickly facilitated a meeting between Anat and myself, and I knew immediately I had found the perfect artisan to entrust with my most sentimental of jewelry. Anat has a very calm & sensitive nature about her; her ability to take your thoughts and desires and come up with a bespoke piece that reflects the essence of what you want to portray is just such a gift. Initially I was going to use just my own stones, but Anat and Anya were able to source out the most gorgeous green sapphire that sparked my soul... I am on the west coast, and everything has been communicated via email, but it was very easy to do so.
