My friends and I had fish scales in my steamed fish dish, and a waitress just took our dish to kitchen saying that kitchen staffs will get rid of them. We were not happy since as no one apologizes for the fish scales from the dish and just took the dish away. After getting a dish back from kitchen, we still had many pieces of fish scales and so talked to a waitress that we would like to return this as it is not edible. Well, a waitress said that we cant return for no charge as it is not a problem of fish quality and they did their best to get rid of the scales. So she asked us to either eat them or return but we get charged. What a horrible saying not a problem of fish quality and so we have to choose either to eat or throw it away but paying around $40-50 (as it was seasonal price for the fish). Otherwise they would rather give us 10% discount but still charge is for the fish. What a ridiculously she was trying to deal with us. Also, i cant forget what she said, she said it is normal to have fish scale for the fish dish, and ask them to remove all when ordering again next time. Wow.. i could not believe what I heard that moment. We sould have asked to get rid of the scales for the dish.. No one ever said an apology and all waitress/waitor showed us their upset face by passing our table. It was horrible experience ever and .. and I learned 1 thing in my life that I should ask kitchen to removr all fish scale when ordering 🤣 If anyone really apologizes first for the quality of the dish, and try to deal with us, we would not be this upset or angry but all made us feel that we were the one making problem out of none of...
Read moreI am extremely disappointed with my recent dining experience at your establishment. I made a reservation for 7:00 PM, but had to wait for over half an hour to be seated. This prolonged wait time blatantly disregarded my basic rights as a customer and has seriously called into question the quality of service at your restaurant.
During this extended waiting period, I observed many other patrons also expressing frustration over the excessive wait. Clearly, this is not an isolated incident but rather a reflection of the overall service quality at your establishment. Failing to effectively manage reservation times is simply unacceptable for a restaurant.
Once I was finally seated, I was further disappointed by the subpar quality of service and food. The demeanor of the servers was indifferent, lacking any warmth or enthusiasm, and the service was painfully slow. Additionally, the taste of the dishes was average at best, falling far short of my previous dining experiences elsewhere.
As a consumer, my expectations for your restaurant were modest – merely hoping for basic service and quality. However, this experience has left me extremely dissatisfied and frustrated. I strongly urge your establishment to conduct a comprehensive review of its service processes and quality to prevent further disappointment...

We ordered 2 dishes, 2 rice, and a coke.one dish came fast, beef was too little, maybe it's too expensive for them to supply? I mean price was more like one hour of Minimum wage.
Waited for 20 mins as they have to steam the pork, meanwhile group of China of 5 seat down, almost every dish was served steam fish, fried rice before me, that's include the rice which they got served first. We have to slam the table and ask where is our food???
