Dear China City Property Management,

I am reaching out as a frequent visitor to ASIA FOODMART and a customer who values the accessibility and convenience of this area. I wanted to propose a solution to alleviate the parking congestion near the entrance, which has become a growing issue.

The current layout, especially in the yellow-highlighted area (please refer to the attached photo), makes backing in and out of parking spaces particularly challenging. This creates a bottleneck effect where cars get stuck, causing delays for other customers and shoppers who often need to pause or maneuver around these parked vehicles. Additionally, we have observed a common practice of people parking directly at the entrance to load groceries, which further contributes to traffic build-up.

To improve the overall flow and safety, I propose removing the first line of parking spots in the highlighted yellow area and then redoing the curb. This small adjustment would open up the space significantly, allowing cars to maneuver more freely and avoid the tight congestion currently experienced. By creating a clear, designated loading/unloading area near the entrance, we could also address the issue of vehicles temporarily blocking the entrance.

This adjustment would improve both the shopping experience and traffic flow, making the area safer and more accessible for everyone. Please let me know if I can provide any further details or assist in any way to move this proposal forward.

Thank you very much for considering this...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Amazing Asian Supermarket Experience! CHINA CITY!

I recently visited this Asian supermarket and was blown away by how fantastic it is! The store is incredibly clean, bright, and well-organized, making it easy to find everything I needed. They offer an amazing selection of fresh produce — the fruits, vegetables, and herbs look so vibrant and taste wonderful. The seafood and meat sections are also top-quality and very reasonably priced.

What impressed me most was the wide variety of authentic products from all across Asia: Japan, Korea, China, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines — you name it, they have it! From noodles, sauces, and spices to snacks, desserts, and specialty drinks, it’s a paradise for anyone who loves cooking or exploring new flavors.

The staff deserves a shout-out as well: very friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to help find items or give recommendations. I left with a full shopping cart and a huge smile, already excited for my next visit!

If you’re looking for great prices, fresh ingredients, and a fun shopping experience, this is absolutely the place to go. Highly recommend!

Would you like me to tailor it to a specific store name or include anything you personally bought there? I can also make a shorter or more casual version...

China City Food Store offers a wide range of Asian groceries, including fresh produce, frozen items, and specialty ingredients that are hard to find elsewhere. The selection is quite good, especially for those looking for authentic Chinese and Southeast Asian products.

However, one issue that stands out is the strong odor inside the store—particularly in areas where non-vegetarian items and strong-smelling fruits like durian are kept. The ventilation could definitely be improved to enhance the shopping experience.

If you're used to traditional markets, it may not be a dealbreaker, but first-time visitors might find the smell overwhelming.

Overall, a convenient spot for specialty groceries, but the in-store environment could benefit from better air circulation or...

Just in response to some other reviews some do speak Cantonese but English speaking employees is definitely harder to find. Most signs do have English and they do take credit card. Not much else at the plaza yet, some food places but once things open I imagine it would get pretty packed and parking would be an issue. As of now it's pretty good for parking.

November 2021 3★ A new Chinese shopping plaza with room for either a large department store, or a supermarket. At this point in time however, there are no stores opened, although one storefront appears to be renovating. Nicely layed out. Good amount of parking. Nice logo in front.
