HOT YOGA WELLNESS THE PERFECT STUDIO TO UNWIND, DESTRESS AND RELAX.

I have been practicing Yoga for decades and taken classes at most of the studios in my area, but none compared to HYW STUDIO classes. The Instructors at HYW Studio are very knowledgeable, patient and passionate about their sessions. They are intuitive teachers who adapts every pose to work for everyone in the room. May, Susan, Guy, Steve Linna, Tilda, Jacinda, Parinaz, Lilliana ,Suzannah, Mary, Alyssa are all amazing teachers . Restorative sessions are the ultimate way to unwind and heal. One will leave feeling refreshed and renewed. You feel great after each stretch session and the Teachers cater to all levels of Yoga. Every class is long enough to really feel the benefits of stretching, relaxing, engaging and letting go. Both Yoga and Aerial classes are an absolute treat indeed! To top it all you have Jacob who welcomes you and make you feel at home as soon as you enter the studio with his cheerfulness, smile and sense of humor. I would Highly Recommend HOT YOGA WELLNESS STUDIO to anyone who wants to embrace...

Being late is not good but sometimes it is beyond your control. You can't be even a few minute late here as they won't let you in. I have been to studios that only had one staff present and had to teach the class. For that reason, they had to lock up after the classes start. No late entries allow which is reasonable. However, at this studio, they had extra staff to manage the desk but still would not let you in. They could have quietly just opened the door and I would have quietly set up my yoga mat close to the door. This is a fitness class not a concert hall where you greatly disrupt the performance with the flash lights and squishing your way between aisles asking people to move their legs. Absolutely no leniency and Class Pass did not indicate any late entry policy....

3 star for the smell! It stinks. Not sure how often they mop or clean the place. Other yoga places I've seen them mop or have a mop ready. The classes here are good and yoga teachers are amazing-4 stars. Used a guest pass. The classes could be hotter. I would say the temp is warm or a little bit hotter than warm but i was not sweating alot like at other yoga studios. Don't bring anything valuable as there are no lockers.
