It should not take 40 mins to make 6 bubble teas! Very slow service and poor prioritizing of orders. Drinks mediocre. Our group went to this store (didn't look busy, had about 2 customers in line) but we decided to order using the app to avoid waiting in line. App confirmed our order to be ready in 20 minutes. We went to pick up our drinks as per set time, our orders were not ready. Only 3 drinks were complete by this time. We waited there for another 20 minutes watching walk in orders and uber orders of 1 or 2 drinks getting pumped out before ours. They kept asking us for our order number and then checks our drinks and tells us it's not ready. 3 different people had asked us! Yet nobody ended up making the last 3 drinks. They kept prioritizing walk ins who came after us because the drinks were easier to make! Finally, seeing our frustration, the girl comes up with a BS excuse that their machine that prints out the orders only printed half way, when in fact we could clearly see a list of all our orders already taped to the bag of the drinks previously completed and sitting there for over 15 mins. Also, if that were the case, how come nobody confirmed to us what drinks we were waiting for. It just got neglected. They finally quickly made the remaining drinks once all the walk ins are gone. The drinks came out diluted and mediocre because they've been sitting there for over 20 minutes while we waited for the remaining drinks to be made. Nevertheless, not going here again. Plenty of other bubble tea shops in the area that provide better service with higher...

The service on the day I was here was just okay. The girl seemed impatient with me, and she didn’t get my order correct even when I repeated it after the first time.

I wanted a Taro milk tea with pudding and cheese foam, but I only got a pearl milk tea with pudding. It may be my fault, maybe she didn’t hear me clearly and I should have double-checked the cash register screen before paying.

It took a long time to get the drink, like 20 minutes, but there was only 2 people working so it isn’t a big deal. The tea itself was okay. The milk tea flavour was nice, even if it wasn’t what I wanted. Pudding texture is nice too. The only thing I don’t like is their boba. They put a wayyy too large portion of it (takes up half the drink…), and it is way too sweet, even when I request the drink to be least amount of sugar. The texture is also more gummy and sticky than a nice chewy one.

I would still come to this location again, but maybe I need to speak more clear to make sure my order is correct next time. I also wouldn’t recommend the boba topping, but pudding...

As a former food service industry worker, I understand when UberEats orders get busy. I get it when days are under staffed.However, today is the final straw and I will never come back to this establishment. I usually have patience for these types of people in food because of these types of situations (and i’m empathetic and understanding to that) but the reason why they’re “busy” is because of improper training and rude management.

This is the third time I have waited 30+ minutes to get a (1) drink and I don’t even ask for anything extra or particular. The staff likes to prioritize certain drinks that are “easy” and they don’t even consider that others are waiting patiently. Like I said, Ubereats makes sense because the drivers have deadlines, but it just doesn’t make sense to me how a store with little customers have to wait so long, but the ones that have just ordered their drinks within 2 minutes and got their drinks first in front of 5 other orders just because it was more...
