STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

I just had the WORST experience at this location imaginable. My entire pizza tasted like curry or some strange ingredients that don’t belong on my pizza and called them to inform them of the fact that I just ordered 2 pizzas for a gathering at my home and somehow in their kitchen my pizza was contaminated…… because seeing as this is a pizza store I don’t believe anything with curry is on the menu ……. I didn’t even know they sold butter chicken and tandoori and all kinds of Indian style pizza until when I came to post this review and saw the comments. It actually makes me MORE upset because knowing they sell all those things and have those kinds of ingredients they use on their pizza ….. they really acted like my claim was so outlandish and impossible and that they have nothing like that in their kitchen on the phone. When now I’m seeing that I was 100% right and they were just being con artists. When I said that they made the pizza and she should take accountability for the employees who mess up all she had to say was “I personally didn’t make it and the person who made it went home”.

Everyone on my household said it tasted like that.. I called and complained and they were rude and dismissive. I ORDERED the pizzas for delivery because it’s cold out and I didn’t wanna leave the house but I even offered to leave my house and bring it back to them. One pizza had two slices eaten because we all tasted it to make sure it wasn’t just my opinion & the other box was full and unopened. So it’s not like I’m some delinquent trying to get a refund for no reason. I have the FULL boxes of pizza & I told them I will leave my house to come bring it back since it’s clearly contaminated (The opinion of several people) and they said I shouldn’t waste my time because their not gonna do anything about it. ….. not only is that a safely issue for the customers but that’s just straight up DISGUSTING customer service. What if I was allergic to something? Cross contamination is NEVER okay, weather it be surrounding items or chemical.

I just threw my money out the window pretty much but needless to say I will NEVER be going back to Gino’s...

Let me start by saying I've been going to this location for years however last week I placed pre order for a set date and time to be picked up by me or someone else. They were happy to take my money and I repeatedly asked to make sure it will be ready.. server behind they said yes sir it will be ready. When someone did go there at the set time and asked for the order and was met by a question.. What did you order? What order? Did you pay for this? All while holding the paid in full receipt with all of the instructions in hand. Now because this was a time sensitive pick up I can give Them benefit of doubt that it may be mix up or miscommunication..and all they had to do was apologize and work to fix it . But instead my friend was belittled, spoken to in demeaning tone ,yelled and abused verbally. I never thought this place I paid money to all these years would this to a loyal customer. They are happy with high school business and couldn't care less about me or how i feel . I hope this review reaches alot of people who have some selfrespect and choose to go elsewhere...on the sidenote employees of this business where very nice and understanding unfortunately I can't say same about the female ownwr who...

Excellent service and food quality, i work there last year, very friendly and professional staff. Pizza owner also very friendly with staff, but very strict for maintains the quality, cleanliness, delivering friendly customer service, maintaining personal hygienic of staff, food safety and always advised the staff follow the food safety rules. He wish Every customer get fresh hot and quality food.

When i was work there mostly uber and skip drivers are very nice , friendly, professional, smart, neat and clean and always bring bag with them at the time of pickup deliveries. But unfortunately im sorry to say some uber driver not follow the rules and they did not bring the insulated bags with them to maintain the temperature of food. When staff ask them for bag they are very rude and sometimes canceled the deliveries and post the wrong reviews. Im now in Australia and part timely doing Uber eat deliveries, here no pizza shop given us the delivery without presenting insulated bag. So I requested to customers discard the delivery from those uber drivers who not follow the food safety rules and delivering...
