GRABB-A-PIZZA — Restaurant in Toronto

I walked in and saw there was a picture of salads with the prices on it. I had decided I wanted a caeser salad which was $3.99. I went up to the worker and asked him for a caeser salad. He didn't even know they served caeser salads, so he went to the lady in the back and asked her if they had caeser salads. After asking her, in disbelief, he checks the take out menu and says "Ahh, there is the caeser salad" as he finds it. He then takes a few seconds to tell me it's $6.78! Almost $7! I then point to the picture and say "It says 3.99 RIGHT THERE." He then looks at it and dares to tell me it's "an old picture". Hello? YOU DIDN'T EVEN KNOW THERE WAS A CAESER SALAD AND NOW YOU TELL ME IT'S AN OLD PICTURE? He is then fixed on telling me it's $6.78 even though it clearly says $3.99 on the picture displayed, so I told him "No." and left. I'm sure the pizza is good and all, but I'm positive there is no training on sales and customer service. If you know what you want, go ahead, but if you don't, don't bother walking in. Would rate...

I placed a large order for 50 people. This was truly the best experience I’ve ever had. Raj was so responsive, kind, knowledgeable and accommodating. He made trays of salads for us even though that wasn’t on the menu. He even went out of his way to make something for us that I couldn’t find anywhere else! We had some allergies, too, that they accommodated perfectly. The pizza, garlic bread and wings were delicious, HOT, fresh! The salads were yummy, filled with veggies and also super fresh! The service was impeccable. Raj could not have been kinder and more on point. What I like about this pizza is that the crust has a good texture and flavor. It has a fresh taste to it. Something about this crust, the smell it makes me think of fresh baked bread. To me this pizza crust has with nice crisp exterior, but a soft bread like interior I don't know if maybe they mix and proof the dough on premises. In any case, I am a fan! Walk in specials are a great price point for good pizza. Nice having a good pizza place so close to home. We get pizza from here a lot!
